Mick mastered the brutal and heavy vibe while Andrew has mastered heavy with groove. What a damn perfect soundtrack.

Levy is more on the techy/drony side that mick introduced in doom 2016, and hulshult is continuing mick's work on eternal with these absolute slammers.
I'd argue that Mick's music had MORE groove than Hulshult's personally. Meathook, The Only Thing They Fear is You... the groove in those tracks is fucking amazing

I don't because they say that Andrew is a "Successor", if he had already worked on Doom, not officially, but he composed IDKFA, a Remaster of Doom 1993, before Doom 2016 came out

What I'm gonna miss the most from the original videos are the comments. Especially the ones where the Doom Composers, mainly Mick Gordon and David Levy, commented on a few of them.

That’s one thing I hate about copyright, the composers seemed happy people were enjoying their music, but it seems like the copyright holders just struck the videos for monetary reasons.

Out of all the fan mixes I've heard of Blood Swamps, I still think Koma's is the best because it's the most well-paced.
Don't mind me just on a DOOM soundtrack binge after the announcement of a new DOOM game.
Dude is super fucking awesome for archiving this. Koma made real good shit and its ashame youtube did what they did. Dude didnt deserve to be treated like that. He just wanted to mix doom music
Mick's soundtrack makes it sound like the slayer is always on the brink of a mental breakdown. Andrew's sounds like he's just vibin'. Slaying demons to some sick grooves.

This track is in an unknown level of awesomeness.
I’m really gonna miss the old composer, but I really like how this one amplifies each instrument as If they were recording for a modern metal band.
For example, the last composer heavily fused electric instruments and “physical”, which at times were uneven levels in a “typical” sense (dubstep noises louder than drum kick bass)- but it was badass!
And this composer, you can hear each fine tuned aspect of an instrument down to the bend of each guitar string and chugging paired with the double bass drum perfectly. I really enjoy this style more as a big fan of metal music.
Don’t get me wrong, love the classic OSTs and DOOM is probably as revered as it is for respecting metal heads so much, but this hits right for me!
(Sorry for length but wanted to try and describe what I was trying to say accurately with no visual to help lol)
