Excellent information video. I had a 2020 XT4, just traded it for a 2023 Luxury VT4. One thing I had on the 2020 was the option for a large speedometer in the Information Center, I was unable to set a large digital speedometer, all I have is the small speedometer on the very top of the dash info center. I hoped this video would show me how to get the large speedometer, unless it was discontinued on the newer cars?
The XT4 when loaded up with 20 inchers, can look really nice. The only reason I didn’t get the 4 was because I’m not buying a Cadillac with a 4 cylinder I don’t care how much turbo is used it’s still a 4 banger. It’s also small. I don’t have a large family or anything but after owning an SRX I just don’t want anything smaller. The 2024’s look even better. GM has made the headlights horizontal and it looks really good. I still wouldn’t buy it for the 2 reasons I mentioned.

Great Job - I have a new XT4 and this was well worth watching so that I do take advantage of the many features this vehicle has to offer. Recently got a Speeding Ticket with my previous vehicle so LOVE the short Alert Beeping that happens when I reach 60KMs per hour - you can of course set it to Beep at whatever speed you'd like.
One thing I have noticed is all car makers are not letting you in large the clock size. For me it’s very hard to read the small clocks without taking my reading glasses out. Sure with these soft wear designers were older and understood that not every one has perfect vision.

Like it with the exception of those horrendous wheels. This IS a Cadillac & those cheapen the look of the vehicle. Cadillac's also been doing this on XT5's in lower trim models. Case & point, they should LOOK better.
How do you shut off the radio? Seems like a silly question, but tried to listen to radio, then had to mute because I couldn’t figure how to turn it off!

Great introductory, "tutorial" video for this nice car. Thank you. Is there a way to manually tune AM/FM stations ? I'd miss the feature of a tuning knob(I hate "scan tuning" or punching in a frequency). What's been your/your customers experience with gas mileage? The sticker MPG-estimates are what I would expect but I have seen a few video reviews (based on actual driver experience) that report it's a bit lower (which would be disappointment to me for a 4 cylinder engine). .
Those Cadillac shifters are finicky! I drove several models this year and I couldn’t shift into drive frequently. Turn the vehicle off and wait, then start and it will shift! Common problem!
237 torque and 258 HP, and you gotta drive one. The sliding came shaft gives you efficiency when you need it and performance when you want it. One of the key pieces of technology in the engin that helps us out perform other 2.0L engines.
Adaptive cruise is pretty rare on these. To find out hold the X or cancel button on the steering wheel. This switches vehicles from adaptive to normal cruise when equipped.
It’s a Chevy with leather interior and cheap plastic interior door panels and basic GM instrument cluster , cheap looking GM steering wheel nothing on that car screams Cadillac of yesteryear.

This was very informative! I just purchased a XT4 and your tutorial helped fill in some of the blanks that I forgot after driving off the lot......

sounds like your XT4 only has Carplay / Android Auto.

One thing the video does not explain is about Head Up Display.
It also comes with rattles and a lot of road noise at no extra charge
So is the CUE system still there or is it something new?
CUE is gone and been replaced.

My first 200 miles clocked in at 22 mpg, all stop and go surface street driving.

once you turn off the radio you loose the display screen. I would recommend muting or turning the volume down.
