Make sure you have a "puck" style container lock without an exposed shackle for your parts. At least slows someone down from an attempt with bolt cutters / cordless grinder.
Best thing to do is hire someone to sit in the parking lot during non business hours watching the shop. It’s a hell of a lot cheaper than trying to replace all those parts.
You can use one of the door sensors from simplisafe for the container door that way its alarm protected as well. That's what I did with my shed in my yard. Also get some of the sirens don't just use the base station siren.

It's tough not to mention expensive to set up a shop that can do every aspect of a refurb, paint booth, powder coat oven, various blasters, but it's also the height of self satisfaction. Hey T a plating setup for anodising and plating is not expensive, you should definitely do it :-)
Loving the shop, gonna be rad when its all together. And idk why but I just feel uncomfortable with all that stuff in the shipping container, especially if all the extra PE stuff is in there like the extra trans and rally Ralliart/group A parts. Cameras are nice and all but they can't replace very hard to find race parts.

Just a heads up the Colt/Summit/Mirage etc have the exact same shifter assembly (same year range 92-95). I just checked mine in the Colt it's the exact same as the Evo 2. Don't go hoarding this shit from the junk yards now. I need some too lol. So that way if you break shit you can locate it domestically. Wouldn't be surprised if they carried this up into the Evo 4. There is a ton of part sharing between all the cars.

Ordering things in bulk is a great way to do it, on the 'downtime' can set up things that are ready to swap in but you need to be able to store them, drop in ready-to-go parts on hand, lowering the drop off to completion time.
Garrett TR30R is the motorsports/rally Garrett turbo with inconel wheel and would be sick, pretty rare. If it were me I would go Borg Warner efr7163 because of the super good transient with the ti wheel

just letting you know , even if you have cameras and insurance for your building does not mean the insurance will cover what is inside the container..... even if its on the property that is not what you are insured for unless you have seperate insurance for the value of whats inside the container.... just a tip as i do ocean shipping and i know clients that have had product stolen from a container on their property without having it insured on time before the truck picked it up and they were SOL

The modified shifter looks like the shifter was reinforced with the extra metal block next to it, and the plate i'm pretty sure was extra reinforcement for a hydro E brake. The driver was definitely violent XD

yellow recaros for the 300 and the black for the evo 2 as well all the hks 2.8's now ya gotta step up to a nitto 3.2 engine.. i do understand alot of your reasons for wanting to use 26 blocks in all your builds but a 26 head on a 30 block is more than worth it and even more so with a 3.2 stroker kit. 3.2 with v-cam and the right supporting mods equals torque monster!
