I'm really looking forward to see the results of the van build! The mid engine setup along with the RS chassis is genius and would love to see someone commission a mid engine forward cab Ford Econoline with Coyote power or Dodge A100 with an all aluminum 528 Keith Black or Indy HEMI. Also itching to see how the 79 Z/28 comes out. I understand that the LS is the go to GM powerplant of the modern era but few would argue that the 80's Tuned Port Injection, atop a good looking smallblock is 10X better looking than the LS with valve cover....covers on it. I hope the customer keeps the white w/ blue decal look as well. Great video!
@@calvincooley1074 Thanks! Unfortunately we are only installing the chassis and getting the van to be a roller. Everyone at the shop is stoked to see how it turns out. As for the Z/28 there is still work to be done, and you can't argue with the power of the LT5.
That Chevy Van really catches my interest. Those were great looking vans . Please show more. That and any other other project. Did I see a Scout 80? That merits a second look too!
Make sure you're on our social channels - instagram and facebook because likely we will end up posting some more Van stuff before it leaves. And yes - there may be a Scout 80 chassis being built for a customer 😉
Do you ever film shop builds from start to finish? It looks like you do some cool work. I bet I’m not the only one that would like to see more of the full builds. Being a carer for my wife and having no money I like to watch cool hot rods builds from start to finish.
The cars that have high original production numbers have great aftermarket support like the 67-69 Camaros. We end up doing a lot of them because they are almost universally loved and supported. Hell you can even buy a whole brand new repop body.
Love your work, God bless keep up the amazing quality. Your work is Superior, second 2 None. Big Hello from Finland/Helsinki. PS, you should do Dodge Ramcharger(The Lone Wolf McQuade Edition, with Blower/NOS) and your version off the Knight Rider Pontiac + Litle Mule Bronco from the movie Romancing the stone, old school look 15inch wheels, 33 tires, Godzilla engine. Just few ideas
@@RoadsterShop and the Fall Guy Truck would be awesome too but the Real cream of crop would be your modern version of the MAD MAX Interceptor that would be cool to see. just throwing ideas. i know that you have hands full, but fun projects in the future and people would take alot of notice.
We have definitely taken on builds and projects from customers not in the United States. Happy to answer any questions you may have - shoot us an email info@roadstershop.com

@@RoadsterShop LT5 truth.
That van is killer just the way it sits. Every pitch is a homerun. 👍
I'd really like to see more of that early G10 van. I love those early vans.
my dream would be to work in this workshop, even if it was to clean the floor, which would already be a great honor.
Working in this shop looks like a absolute dream job for me.
The Chevy Van got my eyes raised haha
Too much awesomeness in this video.
Hands down. The greatest. 🐐

Which cars are "easier" to make, I say in relation to the mechanics. I think Chevy Nova and Chevelle are very cool.
