Great vid Bucky, another few strings to your bow in this one - bargain hunter and fashion model! Top work mate. Keen to see the next moves the Blues make in the not too distant future.
Bucky, please keep us notified which short film festival that your next directorial excellence will be screening at. That pink hat was a standout too, a superb starting point for your next Mardi Gras ensemble.
Maybe Haynes could have a good influence of DGB, seems like a good Marchbank replacement. Regarding Cully i think anyone resembling Bayley Fritsch should be considered as we are obviously missing that third tall, (more so now that Kennedy has gone) especially one who could go into the midfield and applies some forward pressure.
Thanks Bucky - Much prefer Jai if we have to choose. Another Key Back would be good also - Surely there’s someone playing VFL. SANFL WAFL etc that we could Rookie?
Where are we now? Will we bring in 6 from the draft with picks 3, 38, 63, 68, 69 and 72 (able to be traded up until and including draft day) and 3 rookies to replace the Carrolls and S Durdin? Is this alot of albeit necessary change?
No to DGB he just isnt good enough, Philips is being heavily courted by Stkilda, my preference is Philips who was a good VFL player which is something DGB couldnt claim. Why get another 3rd tall intercept defender when we have Kemp, McGovern and now Haynes?, we need genuine KP defenders to help and provide backup for Weitering. I think the jury is still out on Nick Austin and the list is light on now for tall defenders and tall forwards and now midfielders who are senior proven. Id look at some of the Werribee players as train ons who performed in the VFL like Nathan Cooper at Fullback, Riley Bice as a rebound defender and Dom Brew as a midfielder. Players with injury history like Culley with his knee I wouldnt be risking, I like his size and skill profile but injury history types have to be a pass for me.
Why all the effort after some somewhat unknowns when we have potentially 3 outstanding players but cant get a game - Binns, Lord and Moir. Take into account 3 small forwards who are not giving us return.
@@heathbuck426 Hang on…. Whilst Kennedy and Cottrell where both recruited under SOS, who left in 2019, they where both demoted to the Rookie list under Austin who later promoted them onto the senior list so shouldn’t they be included in your ‘Tick’ list?? Yep I get Jones was my bad including him.
Buck , it is incredulous, beyond logic, not to have the Whole playing group not playing the same game plan Seconds and Seniors , how are they not on the same page ,let alone different books , we need a super competitive seconds , and a champion senior team all playing the same game plan , so when the winning seconds move up they already in a working model , that includes the entire club all moving foward together, so why is it not so ? fark me , GO BLUES RARARA
Fair point on a consistent game plan. From what I understand, the reserves focus more on the individual player’s development rather than winning or even team structures. So if a player needs to get his match fitness or running game going, playing on the half back in the seniors, the coach could play him on the wing or in the midfield in the reserves to get run in his legs. If Cincotta for example was coming through the reserves he would most likely be played on the ball or on the wing so he can run rather than as a tagger. If they want to ease a senior player back via the reserves after injury they could play him in back pocket for 2 quarters even though he may be a mid or forward. Both reserves and seniors will have the basics as common goals. Tackling, pressure, chasing, blocking, talking, leadership….. A team needs to nail the basics for the whole game to be be competitive otherwise it may find itself being down 60 points to nil in a final - could be an elimination final in Brisbane for example (you just never know mate 😁)

Only one superstar at our club brother, and that's Cripps! lol
Culley is a gun. Not sure what’s wrong with the eagles coaching staff. I was spewing the didn’t give him another contract. As are a lot of supporters
I think Taberner from Fremantle might be worth a look. He could be a handy 3rd tall in our forward line and would be a cheap contract
Don't forget Bucky, Ed Curnow also provided a very important bonfire and a farm to stage it at!!

I'd love Culley at the dons

have you had a close look at the Mckay concussion yet mate?
Didn’t Ed Curnow heap praise on Charlie McCartin after coaching him down the coast?
Employ game plan specialist and tactician who can teach it across All the relevant Club personel
There is lots of talent in the WAFL as there was prior to the AFL and the draft . Find another Hunter busostow Blackwell .
I would pick Josh Smilie if he hits, how are other teams supposed to stop him and cripps.
Pick 3 can't be a Livingston, Massie or Dow type. We will never hear the end of it after deciding to go up to pick 3 ahead of trading for Houston
the draft is hit and miss by its very nature mate
Great jobi like membrey st kilda and Weidmann from essendon
What do you think????
Membrey is going to Collingwood. Not sold at all on Weiderman.

Charlie Mccartin please.

Have you possibly missed and/or given ticks for Liam Jones (SSP), Bam Bam and Cottrell both Rookie listed??
No mate, they were all recruited to the club by Stephen Silvagni.

Dgb is too weak for afl bro
not interested in touching the Mckay concussion?
Seen better legs on a piano Bucky 😂
You can't fatten a thoroughbred mate
@@heathbuck426you’ve got me covered Bucky. Can’t ever take away the fact you wore the navy CFC. Love the off season stuff mate
Zac Williams is a big reason our Salary cap is cooked. What a disgraceful signing. He should be embarrassed.
It’s make or break for Austin 🫣🫣
