Great vid, Mike. I actually did my last Criterion hunt this morning. I picked up Seven Samurai After Hours Night of the Living Dead Le Samourai All on 4K. I noticed quite a few title were no longer there since the last time I went. Which is a good thing because that means people are getting out to B&N and keeping physical media going. I already can't wait for the Criterion Collection flash sale in March!
@@Dr.Dark78 Great choices!! I really liked Night of the Living Dead and After Hours. You will have to let me know which do you think I would like better between Seven Samurai and Le Samourai?
@megamikethemovieman I don't remember the original Japanese version. But in the US version the American goofballs took out Japanese footage and inserted American filmed footage with Raymond Burr. It's important because it was the first But the Japanese version has to be a massive improvement.
@@soshiderek The good old days for sure. It’s wild how the steelbooks casing these days commands a higher price than the formats themselves. I guess people really desire steel now? 🤣
@@elportosurfbum1562 There are a handful of westerns I’ve liked such as: The Good.., Liberty Valence, Magnificent Seven. How do they compare to those? Short westerns sound good.

I only deal with Criterion directly now during their own sales.
Basket Case and Videodrome are good horror movies. Good hunting and cool video Mike!👍
@@HECTORMONTALVO-le9cn Which one is the most mainstream and easy watching between the 2?
@megamikethemovieman none both are weird. But the strangest of the 2 is Videodrome.
@ That’s good to know. The only Cronenberg titles I’ve seen I think are The Fly and Shivers.
@@megamikethemovieman those are neat.
