  • Pulled your low back at the gym? These are my Top 3 MUST-DO exercises to help relieve low back pain!
    1. Quadruped Cat-Cows 3 sets of 10
    2. Supine Rotations 3 sets of 10
    3. Knee to Chest Stretch 2 sets of 30 second hold each
    Do these exercises in combination with using some heat or ice for 15 minutes or as needed can help to accelerate the healing process of a low back injury.
