Palm fruits- pounded. The cream of it, is best for Bitter leaf soup. Again you put the bitter leaf first- to soften, before the pounded cocoyam please

“Ogiri isi” is made from fermented Castor oil seed,(the one of locust beans is quite different, not the same smell)then grinded into paste & tied in local leaves for sale. You can get it in any market in Nigeria. Just ask.
