    There's nothing wrong with tomatoes, just stay away from cupcakes and candies!

    I have 12 cherry tomato plants of all different kinds growing organically in my garden. Im going to eat them every day and be just fine.

    I love tomatoes and have never had a problem with them. However, I eat the large tomatoes because the cherry tomatoes are much more expensive..for that they are then even more unhealthy. Soon I will have my own from my garden.

      I do eat tomatoes everyday and i feel great . 3 months a year tomatoes is all i eat.

      @@JH-nb4nnI'm pretty sure he means unnatural as in, they've always left the skin on for centuries and have been fine eating them as is. Same can be said for cooking. It's not new. Peeling tomatoes is.

      @@cal7434 pretty sure people have peeled and deseeded tomatoes for ages due to lectins hurting the stomach and making it difficult to digest. Perhaps not in Italy but saying it’s not natural is slightly strange.

      Hi there! Surprisingly, Tomato is technically a fruit since they contain seeds and grow from the flower of the tomato plant.

    Fun fact: many of our popular foods are the only non-toxic members of their families.
    Never eat a wild tomato, or anything that looks like one. Same with wild peas, beans and carrots. N America's most lethal plant, poison hemlock, looks just like wild carrot.

      Where did you get that information? And why don't you just check the facts? Because that's just not true.
      Colloquially, wild tomato is used for several unrelated Solanum species with tomato-like fruit or leaves. The term is inaccurate and may be dangerous, as some of these species may be fatally poisonous.

      @@carmengogeidnas9670 idk what is growing in your garden, but if something looks similar to tomato, that doesn't mean it's tomato. I'm not a botanist, but from what I know wild ripe tomatoe fruits should be golden or orange.

    My baby is super allergic to tomatoes but I was mostly eating cherry tomatoes with eggs every morning.
    I figured it’s all nightshades. 😅thank god I figured this out bc I’m done to a very minimal restricted diet and it’s killing me mentally

      Hi there! Tomatoes are FULL of lectins, but if you're able to prepare them without the skins and seeds, that removes the lectins. 🙌
