Daniel has built you a beast of a routine. It's 56 minutes long, a combination of HIIT and strength training, with a challenging twist. We've been working intensely on it for about 6 months (actually - the idea started cooking 2-3 years ago now) and we expect that we have about 6 month of work left before we're able to share with everyone. This was an awesome combo of hit and strength. I like that we tortured the big muscles to instigate a very awesome fat burn. Did Saturday morning, ready for the day and relaxation(aka beer) later
YES! I agree, I appreciate that there is no music. It makes for a more focused workout, that really increases mental strength. This is by far the best leg workout I had ever done. All those time spent at the gym before on lower body was just a waste because I didn't feel anything but this one did dramatically.
Terrific Format. Active Static (Fereeze & Squeeze) style of training is my favorite and I am glad you're exploring more of those, and having the same HIIT group is spot on here because they're the right moves well rounded and hitting the most important muscles for Lower body, perfect compliment to the strength groups. What I absolutely love about your workouts are the combinations of muscle groups in each workout, the variety of exercises and the "No-nonsense" delivery style. Can't believe I finished this!! I took some sneaky breaks though and my legs almost gave out during those lunges at the end but first workout back from my holiday done. Yay!

Today was the last day of FB Complete and I wanted to challenge myself. It was a challenge and I pushed myself during the HIIT and the strength training portions. Loved the workout. I feel so accomplished after completing this workout and the program. Loved it. I feel like my endurance and my strength has improved.

So have we! The intense workouts will be back. We've had a brutal year or two, personally. I am still healing and cannot wait to get back to HIIT and lifting! It will be a little longer for me, but I'm doing everything I can to get there. Daniel has been working hard and has been planning some great intense workouts for you guys as well. I liked the combo of HIIT and strength so neither got too intense, I found it was nice to do the static holds with weights as well. Nice calorie burn! Thanks so much!

I've been working out for a while and have hit a kind of plateau of sorts in terms of really feeling challenged and pushing until failure. This workout has definitely pushed me further than I have been pushed in a long time. Thanks, Fitness Blender

Daniel, don't take this personally but I swore at you a lot during this work out. When we finally finished that final lunge hold I let out a yell! Definitely the hardest lower body workout I have done in years! Will make this part of my routine, but no more than twice a week. That killed!
(Serious comment: I really, really enjoyed the format of this workout. It broke up the muscular and cardiovascular endurance into manageable enough chunks that I could go HAM and not worry about falling over or tripping from fatigued muscles, but still feel like I'm going to need to take a walking stick to the bathroom with me tomorrow. Thank you. ALSO really, really appreciate the muscular cues you use. I lift a lot, and I lift heavy, but I ALWAYS learn something new about how to cue my muscles in Fitness Blender workouts. Thank you.)

Despite being rather tired I thought this would be a fun challenge and I actually ended up loving it! I'm not sure if I was too mentally zoned out to feel the pain in my legs or if it wasn't as hard as I expected, I guess I'll have to do it again another day to find out lol. Probably a 4.5/5! Generally new follower here! I have been watching your channel for about a month now and your video never fail to kick my butt! I have been seeing so many fantastic results already (down 10 lbs, more flexibility, more energy) I cant wait to see what is next! *i know this is an older video but im just now working out to it* 697 calories burned this video, and my legs are FEELING IT!
