Tronxy X5SA Z Bed Alignment Demo

The Tronxy X5SA Pro has independent Z motors which are driven from the same controller. This means that the left and right heights can become misaligned.
This alignment up until now had to be performed manually before each print.
This video shows the Z Alignment Home in action.
This jig fits around the 2 Z lead screws and acts as a hard stop when Z is over-travelled in the negative direction.

This is Brilliant! Thanks so much. I have to calibrate and relevel the bed after every print. This is know problem with this printer. Thanks again!
