We lost a wonderful man over the weekend to a mental health crisis. Jeff Parker has been a funny, engaging, friend and mentor so it has been difficult to process. This has been an already trying 2 years for our industry, and we have lost so many leaders recently for various reasons but this loss brings up so much for me personally. As I work through my own grief I think it is important for other leaders to step up and make discussion of #mentalhealth an open and safe dialogue.
We must all know that getting help is not just normal but should be celebrated as a healing path forward. I think that is the best thing we can do for ourselves and each other right now. Take care everyone. #MobilityMinute
