I had one and lost her last year, she was 12. They are different than any other dog. I could not handle another one but, I loved her until The end. My Frankie.
1:21 I have a Carolina Dog. She's headstrong and smart as well and I have loved her for many years! She will be 16 in July and she's still strong, but slowing down! Say prayers for her, her name is Lara. I couldn't love her more!
I was sadly forced to give up my Carolina Dog Sturgis a couple of years ago when I had a heart attack and I have never forgiven the nursing home where I stayed for not letting me keep him!
I rate dogs for a living, l rate my Dixie Dingo a 9.75 on the cool bad ass scale on the 1-10 ranking system. I'm also the feels like guy on your local weather station, 90 degrees but "feels like" 105. Yeah, I'm that guy
This is incredible. These dogs look exactly like a much loved dog that my family had for 14+ years back in the 70s and 80s.When he was a puppy the vet told us that he was a mixed breed. So we always assumed that. But now I'm thinking he was one of these.Great dog.
I swear he is our dog's twin! My Carolina dog is named Champ and we rescued him from a shelter at 10 months of age and he's now two yrs old. He's the best dog we've ever had by far!!
The American Dingo is very energetic and loves to play... Me: *looks at my Carolina Dog Elsa sleeping like the lazy dog she is...* IDK about that one...she is also incredibly clumsy. She is also terrified of water.
Mines name is John deer saber mayer. He's does all of this. Even sounds like that..and he opens cans and bottles too. The vet says Canaan and Carolina dingo.
I have one but he’s mixed his mom was full blooded Carolina dog and dad white German shepherd. He looks exactly like a Carolina dog only he’s half white and half tan. Has almond eyes with black bands around them. Small patch of rough black hair on tail. Fish hook tail that never touches back and it looks like a handle to a water pump when down. His ears are a little bigger cause of his dad though. Weighs 60 pounds very fast and can easily jump over a 5 foot fence without touching from a standing position names bash nicest dog over ever met. Had to forcefully take him from my friend who was on drugs bad as a puppy cause I didn’t trust he would take care of him. Now that friend is in prison so I made the right call.
These sure aren't rare in Mississippi I got here because we have a field bbehind us that coyote country but on the left side of the field far off from the coyotes we see what my family calls wild dingoes so u looked up american dingo and I got here
Love your Jazz videos! Your Jazz is the American cousin to my Australian Dingo/Kelpie mix. They are almost identical in looks and movement. Guess it’s the pariah dog type? In any event I feel spoiled for any other kind of canine. Once you know them it’s kind of hard to imagine being without the “dingo.”
Wait this is a rare dog breed? My dog Eli is a Carolina dog and before this we never even heard of them being rare. He was a rescue from Indiana and even they didn't know what breed he was! Learn something new every day. I'd love to know more about this breed because Eli is on a special diet because he can't keep normal food down. I wonder if this is common for Carolina dogs?
They were made an official AKC breed in 2017. Carolina Dogs are true pariah dogs and they look like Australian Dingos and you’d be hard pressed to tell the difference! While they live in the wild, they’re not far removed that they can’t be domesticated. They make great family pets!
@@jazzthedingo492 Yeah, she's old, 15, she lived under a house her whole life, the woman's daughter said nobody showed her any attention or love, pretty much a wild dog, living off the land and scraps. She started hanging around my dog, he passed away, this one just stepped in, I'm spoiling her. She deserves it, no more having to hunt for food, warm bed, AC. In return she's taken it upon her self to protect me, l guess we are now part of her pack. I live rural, nobody or nothing sneaks up on us. 😊
We love having Jazz in the ManyPets family! He's a beauty!
Thank you ❤
I just met one of these dogs and I'm in love. Very beautiful and smart and incredible temperament. Should be the national dog of the United States.

People mistake them for a pound mutt dog, not realizing how really special they are. They’re really a true purebred.
I have a Whippet Carolina Dog mix. Great pup.
Not FBI me too it’s name is brownie
I have one named Buddy and looks just like yours. Incredibly intuitive and the best dog I've ever had. Beautiful breed.

I used to have a Carolina Dog until I had to put her to sleep close to three months ago. She was such a sweet baby. Miss my lil' Abby.💔
So sorry for your loss. Abby sounds like she was amazing
Yes, she was an amazing bubba. I still miss her.💔
Mine makes food disappear
Looks like an Indian Pariah breed
My aunts, named Dakota, barks incessantly. Carolina dogs are basically a coyote. Completely wild and actually pretty annoying LOL
i have one his name is jake he is sweet loving dog
My name is Jake and l have a Carolina dog 😂
Dingos are not good with taking orders! They are far too superior to mere mortals!
Very true😂

Huh Kind of looks like Sox (the dog on my profile pic) I've never been to sure of her breed? Anyone got any ideas :) anything be greatly appreciated
What an impolite dog!
This breed is a Dog, NOT a Dingo.
I used to see a Dingo spirit. It'll try to follow others and no ones doesn't seem to acknowledge it but me .
