Thanks Isi, I played HS bball against Miami HS in the 1970s...the town wasn't what it was in the 50s when copper was booming but still very vibrant...full gym on a Friday nite...good Ole days...
I grew up in Miami and still have family there. I know every building and it’s history it used to be a thriving little town with a two grocery stores, photography studio, jewelry store, shoe store, bakery, pharmacy, hardware store, clothing boutique, doctors office, eye doctors office, bar, furniture store, the old records that you play on a phonograph store, and much more! The Keystone steps are an amazing set of steps as they go very far up probably takes someone in good shape 20 minutes to get all the way up. The YMCA had so much history as it was the recreation hub for everyone in Miami, it had an Olympic size swimming pool, basketball court, ping pong tables, tv’s, and an awesome candy counter, so, so many memories! I went to Bullion Plaza 4th and 5th grades it was the coolest school! Thanks for touring and putting my little town on display!
Thank you for your info and your personal experience. It is nice to know from someone that actually went and lived there.. thank you!! And your welcome 😊
@@isiexplore7893 thanks for sharing your adventures. I enjoy whatever is available…I don’t get out west very often…I’m in Alabama. I’ve been across the USA several times. It’s always exciting to see those tiny towns that were so important to our national history.

These old west towns have a haunted vibe. Like you can still see the old times glowing faintly in the present moment.
You're right. They have that feeling when you walk around those towns. I wish I could get inside those buildings but unfortunately they were closed.

Born in Miami in 1949, it was a boom town back in the day, so sad to see it now mostly vacant and so many buildings burned down over the years.
It's a nice small town. Easy going and there's a lot of history.. thanks for sharing..
My dad was born I in Miami in ‘37. Grandad arrived in 1918, desiring to experience the frontier, with all it’s opportunities.
Wow that's was awesome!! I really like you explain the history of the town. Also who knew there's a small town called Miami Arizona, very cool!
Thank you! I didn't even know about the town either until I started reading about this historic mining town . Thanks 👍
Thank you!
You're welcome ☺️
The Buillon Plaza Museum is quite impressive, thanks for your vlog! Miami is in Gila county, a future Penturbian area.
