Bro you're doing God's work for the ADHD community in bjj
Good God learning one move in 20 minutes from John Danaher had been gruesome
i had this same thought lol
One of the best concepts I have ever seen in BJJ.
Thanks for the comment!
He is Back at those vids again? Remember watching His Videos from almost 10 years ago when i started BJJ!
I still remember His Back entry and omoplata Videos. Mind blowing!
A lot of gem in a short amount of time.
Really excellent. Thank you.
Thank you!
Bro your channel is amazing olease keep the good work
Thank you!
GG user here. This is great!
Haven't seen this format in years. Used to watch Jason back in 2016 and it changed my world! So glad you're still at it man! Oss!!
Dude I love your videos! I really enjoy how you cover so many concepts & techniques, it’s a nice quick review/crash course into each position. Keep up the amazing work bro 👊🏽. OSS
Jason is the o.g. Goat for these vids I constantly watched them as a white belt almost 10 years ago
Thank you for the support throughout the years!
Excellent video. As a white belt with a paper guard you've given me a lot to work on.
Glad to help
I’ve been training for years and this was incredibly useful
Great video!
This is GOLD!! Thanks you Jason ❤️
Great video I love the format bit slower than usually , thank you!
amazing video - just what I've been looking for..
Awesome video. Very instructive. Thank you very much
Thanks, this was great. I am a blue belt who has been playing a lot more of this style guard, and there was a ton of helpful insight in this video. However, probably my single worst guard position is seated guard in the gi against athletic, aggressive opponents who like to pass on their feet. I find my guard routinely getting passed even by opponents who are brand new to BJJ. I would love the same video in the gi.
Amazingly efficient video
So freaking helpful!
Outstanding
Just started JBB, this is a really useful video, thanks for sharing
Man, thanks a lot for this video! I am learning seated guard!
Thank you!
Really excellent. A lot of gem in a short time.
Thank you.
Thank you!
These videos are awesome Jason! Very informative and to the point.
Thank you!
Your videos are straight to the point and fundamentally great. Thanks again Jason.
Hope they help!
Thaaaaank you!!! Why it's free❤
amazing details
Awesome 👏👏
Thank you!
Great content man
Another great video
This is exactly what i need! Just completed a 6week beginner course and we covered basic passes, but most rolls started from the ground. In my first few rolls in the main classes ive been getting passed really easily and fimd myself in arm triangles and worlds of trouble within seconds. Will be good to to get back on the mat tomorrow with my elbows tucked in now and a lot better knowledge, thanks subbed for more tips and techniques
This was fantastic. Thank you so much. I wish you included more concepts for playing against a standing opponent though
This was really great, THANK YOU!
You're so welcome!
This is brilliant! I would love to see a video for butterfly guard.
pretty good 🤙
This material is gold, too bad you stopped posting new content

Thanks for this! Oss
Just found out that video, wow, tha part where you scoop step back sideways and so forth. That is the game changer missing part of my retention game. My new instructor doesn't give us clue to what how when to do the way you do it. Guys will hate me for knowing your stuff now.
Thanks!
Thank you very much Colin!

I'll continue to chip in to the extent I can.
Hola .buen video
Thank you!
Hey, I really like this video! I always refer back to it. I have a question though. How do you know when to use the sit up guard and when to use the guard where you are on your back?
4:20 Concept of head level in seated guard
🤩🤩🤩🤩
This is great. I hate when people sit n scoot so stuff like this is gonna help me tap em easier.
This is basic but money nothing beyond the basics 💯
Mahalo
