    This video is amazing. Noone else explains what you ACTUALLY need to do as clearly as you do. Thank you!

    This is gold. My focus this year has been guard retention, my guard is terrible. Thank you!

    I watched a couple of videos about open guard but this is one of the best open guard explanations in such a short video, for instance I started using that feet to the shoulder post from leg pummel more and it really stops a lot of pass attempts.

      Thank you! Yeah, these are concepts that I use every single time I train. You'll also notice other high-level experts use them as well. They are "simple" in nature but make a big difference. I appreciate the support!

    Does the feet positioning make it easy for foot locks

    • @JiuJitsuInMinutesbyJasonScully
      @JiuJitsuInMinutesbyJasonScully  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      No it doesn’t. As long as you are aware or where your feet are it should be harder for them too attack your feet.
      Also you shouldn’t be over extending your legs. If you do that then more leg locks will be present.
      “Knowledge is power”
      If you have the knowledge of any leg lock risks you have more power to prevent them.

    Imagine a white belt drilling through each of the videos for 1 week. Where would he be in 1 month?
