Hey! I play the Lava Burst build for PvP (mostly arena). I feel like the proc rates on single target could be good for 2s as ele felt really weak with little lava burst procs due to only having flameshock on 2 targets unless they have pets. Also more ST procs helps because healers love to dispel Flameshocks in PvP to stunt your damage. Anyways, I’m not sure if them taking the buffs from Prim Wave and us losing the set bonus of getting all the buffs will make our burst suck. I haven’t looked at the notes in depth, but I’m curious if the buffs to the procs, fire ele, and whatever else will still make it viable. Ele is known for ok burst every 30-45 secs with Prim Wava and Lava Burst spam. Just worried that these changes will affect that build. I’m new to WoW so it’s difficult to look at these changes and know whether it’s good or bad.
I was watching another video, and it appears that it's going to be a proc chance off Lava Burst. So, your Frost Shock will change in to an Icefury on proc. And I believe it's instant (but don't quote me).
@@kevinjs26 I hear you. It'll feel pretty bad if it's not instant cast. They did something similar with Tempest and Lightning Bolt. Tempest is a longer cast time than LB when it procs.

Ice fury replacing Frost shock is going to be weird if ice fury is not also instant cast.
