    This is a very nice stand mixer. Just give me one with a silicone scraper paddle and I'm totally in love. My stand mixer is almost 7 years old and going strong but it's starting to sound like a jet engine on the highest speed. I know when it's time for a new one, this will be an option to consider ;-) The motor sounds realy nice, I'm really amazed at the quality of this machine.
    Update: I just had to google that mixer and it turns out that they don't make them for the European market, but we have a very similar one made by Springlane. It's basically the same thing just the design of the base is slightly different and it runs on 220V, so there's still hope for me :D

    Hello Amy or should I say howdy neighbor! This really looks like a good stand mixer. I think it would be good for someone who has a small family. It had good reviews as well. Thank you so much for doing this review and keep feeding Eric the whipped cream. I never get tired of seeing the whipped cream taste testing.. You rock!!!!!!

    If I ever burn out my KA I think I will buy this because you can use the KA attachments. Plus DC motors are hard to burn out.

    Dear Amy! As a fan of all your reviews, I purchased a farberware mixer off your tests. May I suggest measuring the clearance between the paddle and the bowl as an indicator of how well these mixers will pick up light ingredients!

    I analysed looking at many videos and i realised that the C shape dough hooks are made with the purpose of making kneading easier, in the sense that the C angled tip is embracing the dough and it's just spinning around without doing nothing! This is same of a kind and it has an angled tip like C shape. I preffer the spiral hooks which are more effective with kneading, but they need stronger motor mixers!

    I really wish you would include cake batters in your testing, like pound cake, which need long creaming times. Love your channel.

    I am very interested in Dutch ovens and how to use them on the stovetop. Being Vegan, beans and legumes, brown ric are very important to me. How do I make my Dutch efficient for the vegan needs. I remember you bought Martha's, but you never used them. Stovetop cooking is what I need help with, Amy. I bought the Sundavo induction, a Dutchy, and now I need you!

    My kitchenaid is 12 years old. When I do dough, it jumps around because the locking latch is loose. I’ve seen videos on replacing it, but I wish it would’ve lasted longer!

    The first time I saw this mixer on Amazon it gave me pause. You guys are first to do a review on it and the first thing that shocked me is not just all the metal build and parts, but this mixer is amazingly quiet. I can see myself actually buying this mixer. Seeing the hub can use KitchenAid accessories, I wonder if it can use the KitchenAid bowl scrapper too? 🤔🫢. Thanks for the review guys. Another phenomenal job. 💯🥳

    In my country (Indonesia), Ace Hardware sell this mixer but the brand is Digimatic. Same design, same motor, same capacity and it comes with meat grinder also. Is it produced in the same factory?

      @@Z__K217 Not yet. I'm assuming that the manufacturer sell the design to the brand without the copyright/pattern so the other brand can use the design to sell in another country. CMIIW.
      For the example, we want to sell a product with our brand and the manufacturer just put our brand to the product.

    Is anything dishwasher safe? The term 'universal" is misleading to avoid copyright infringement with KitchenAid. Can the beater be adjusted to reach closer to the bottom of the bowl? The lemon cookie recipe uses about half the ingredients of other recipes you have used in the past, not a fan here of having to scrape the bowl as often as you needed to do. The head "bobbing" during the dough kneading not much of an issue?

      The basic Hobart / KA design on the planetary mixer goes back somewhere between the world wars, I think, so that will have expired a long time ago. Current control mechanisms / circuitry may well be another matter.

    So you have to power on the machine and then twist that dial 8 times to get it to speed 8? That's 9 user actions vs 1 for a KitchenAid. Give me a rotary dial or the classic KitchenAid speed control lever any day. New design is not necessarily innovative or better. LCD timers and soft controls on many mixers also seem like gimmicks that make using the appliance difficult and are probably not as durable.

    • @godzgr8
      @godzgr8 9 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      The kitchenaid manual says not to start it in high or slide it directly to high but to move it one step at a time gradually. So I think it also the same amount of interactions..

    • @sharpie510
      @sharpie510 9 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Not really, you can move to speed 8 in one action you just might want to move the lever slowly depending on what you are mixing. Not 8 separate twisting actions like this Kitchenin. @@godzgr8
