I'm guessing the actual record for fastest feet didn't use single strokes like you did. Have you looked into heel-toe or slide technique for kick pedals? It's something a lot of metal drummers use, might help you if you wanna try and go for the record again.
Considering the similar wording "Most drum beats in a minute, hand drumming" "Most drum beats in a minute, feet" makes me wonder whether they might mean drumming with your bare feet without any pedals 🤔
Good Evening Eric ( since this was posted at 1700 PST ) I’ve been going though a lot of ups and downs lately, thank you for making my day with every video , your videos really cheer me up .
Hey I saw your full performance for Virtual DBC this morning and I'm going to do what they said in that video and thank you for performing over the summer!
@@glennquagmire6133 actually I'm not lying. It's illusion and possible, the eyes can roll up to the point the only thing visible is whites, giving the illusion they have been rolled into the back of the head. The human tongue can be pushed back into the nasal cavity giving the illusion that the tongue has been swallowed. Maybe try having a spoonful of cement in the morning to harden yourself up a bit 😂
For fast feet look up how to set up axis pedal. Its all about angles. Also foot technique for metal bands. Sweedish death metal videos from the 80s sometimes the drummers have videos about how they play, using a combination of those you can beat the record with practice which I'm sure you have no problem with. Set a smaller beater angle, all this stuff really helped me play fast
I can play trumpet (been playing for almost 6 years now) does that count? Also learning the g soprano bugle thought i would list that as the commandant's own uses g bugles from what i see in the videos
You should check out double techniques for hand drumming like giovanni hidalgo/changuitos method of "secret hand." Of course us humble a tier instrument players probably should even talk to an s tier king ;)
The buzz roll couldn’t start a more perfect time of the day for me. It’s at 17:00 which my (usually) second 30min - 1hr practice session on drums where I live lol
I have severe undiagnosed ADHD so I very much appreciate a video where I can watch all the way through and be highly entertained while having a few laughs. Much love my guy. Great job. Keep it up 🖤🤘
Practice with triplets and rolls also while your playing swap your dominant hand with your non dominant hand to mess with your brain with the swapping of hands do. Quarter quarter 16th note over and over it's an exercise I do to get my hands up to speed oh also do paradiddles
It's possible the "most bass drum beats in one minute" record is for the double kick drum, while "Most drumbeats in a minute, feet" is for physically hitting a drum with your feet, rather than a pedal.
For the finger snapping, I snap from pinky to index as four snaps in one motion. Therefore, if I had the consistency, I could technically double the record. However, I'm too lazy, haha.
Eric, how about a reminder on 23Oct for the record attempt? I'd like to get my kids in on it, would a zoom/meets video be valid, in your opinion? That would be 12 in one video?
I feel like there is a considerable amount of people who can best 1,407 doubles on a bass drum But at the same time, I haven't seen the original record, so I might be wrong
You should do a video on what its like being in a drumeline, what to do to prepare for drumeline, and what to do to prepare for a musical carrier. Like this video so Eric can see please. Thanks!

My only weird talent is clapping with one hand lol. Maybe there's a record for most one handed claps :D
How do you clap with one hand? 😂
There is, I’m pretty sure it’s held by a guy from nitro circus
Yeah I’ve almost broken the record, nobody I know can do it
actually there is one. I think it was around 120 or so
I’m actually quite good at no hand claps

It said in the article he put on screen that Tim waterson - the record holder - used heel toe, but also invented his own technique
I thought you’d blurred the number deliberately to add suspense!

"Compose a comment if you have no talent" I felt that
Does it matter what drum we do the roll on?
More specifically, does it have to be a snare drum, or can I use marching tenors?
Fun fact, EMC Productions has gotten an 1007 for single stroke

Yes, he can program them faster.

Maybe I should suggest it to 😂😂😂
Not drumming related but I can swallow my tongue and roll my eyes into the back of my head and wiggle my ears 😂
UR lying because the eyes cant possibly do that
Swallowing your toungue isn't possible too because the human toungue doesn't have enough space to do that
Wiggling my ears is the only thing possible here folks

9:30 hahaha. I was wondering that about 5 seconds prior to your explanation.
Guinness doesn't have a good reputation for fairness or honesty. You can pay to have a record basically.
i have always been able to do the snap thing
Eric might I say seekng your profile view you are JACKED. USMC build
Mine is fastest time eating a large McDonald fries
EMC if you look up "aron kicher 300bpm" you can see how crazy some metal drummers can be with double bass pedals
1:56 idk why but this scared me
Try to beat some of the rudiment records, like fastest flam taps or fastest paradiddles, etc.
6:13 What a miserable job
gotta use heel-toe technique for the double bass :D
Thank goodnessh I got a peral snare last week
Eric: And into the record book we go!!!!!(maybe)
I think that the DRUMMER Of Infant Annihilator is very very fast at most drum beats (FEET) or Jay Weinberg or Joey Jordison or someone else in METAL!!
Henker would beat him.
