I think you may have missed the info that AA/NA are evidence based and effective. To call it a waste of time shows lack of understanding. Naltrexone can be effective for people, what is the effect size? How many people "respond" to treatment and in what way do they benefit? that was not reviewed in detail. I appreciate the enthusiasm for naltrexone and it is underutilized, but we still must be honest with ourselves and those seeking treatment about the effect size of those medications.
As someone who I don't like it was very difficult to reach out can I only had one decision one way or the other way now have there's multiple ways thank you so much for bringing this continent.

It is an awesome one off guide for discovering how to control your drinking habit without the headache. Ive heard some great things about it and my mate got excellent results with it.
So many programs out there that promise you'll quit drinking from one day to the next and feel great for the rest of your life. Listen, Steffon Barkload's Quit Drinking Forever takes a lighter, safer approach which you decide to go with at your own pace. Best shortcut I go’ogled that only took days to rewire my brain to continually experience mental peace.
