As a Nigerian, I enjoyed watching your video. and yes even us Nigerians complain about the heat, you were being nice about your experience, you must have suffered a lot. lol
Your expression is correct about Lagos and other cities but doesn't really represent entire NIGERIA. NIGERIA is a multi whether nation with some state very cold while others very hot including LAGOS. You can hardly experience heat in platue state, cross river and few others, PLATUE state is the coldest in NIGERIA. As for pepper, the original inhabitants of LAGOS and environs are known to love pepper in their food, but outside South west NIGERIA people don't like pepper at all. The challenges of pepper you faced is also applicable to Nigerians from other regions on a visit to south west/LAGOS. You are very correct about Lagos noice and traffic, but not applicable to other state's of NIGERIA. Assuming you visited Abuja and few other state's, that your cash wouldn't have taking you 3 day's, and we also have many state's that you could survive 2 weeks with the cash. NIGERIA is difficult to define by LAGOS experience, is much more beyond LAGOS. 🤝
I travelles to Lagos, Abuja, Kanu State, Jos, Benue state which is roughly 12 hours from Lagos, I can attest, Nigeria is that hot. What Nigeria considers Winter(Haman time) not sure of spellig is not cold to us.

I really like videos of Africans visiting and living in various places on the continent. You learn so much. Not just about the differences of the nations but how people are. Very cool.
Its absolutely amazing to see young africans exploring, other african countries, especially south africans, cas african youth we need to knw get to knw each other, so that we can debund al these myths nd misconceptions that keep us devided
The heat in SA was very hot too. It was November, It was dry and hot and made me feel sick...
@@mizzleefromsa3493 you're right am a Nigeria base it Italy....actually Nigeria is not a cold country....is constantly warmer

It's very rare to see a South African blogging about Nigeria as opposed to Nigerians who all don't have content and are all comparing Nigeria / SA , bashing us sometimes. 🙄 1 rand to 25 Naira.

I think it’s best to visit Nigeria to know Nigeria and not judge based on what we see in South Africa. This is second person who spoke highly of Nigeria, make me want to visit
Yhooo, it’s hot like a heator😂😂😂😂, that’s why we are all 🥵 , but it’s cold in the northern parts of nigeria, Abuja, jos, and so on, ice falls sometimes during harmattan seasons.

Nigeria is tribalist and has a god complex.
I'm happy to see our South African in Nigeria, because I've been scared of going to that country for a long time 😅 wow
Why are you scared? SA is more dangerous than Nigeria.
You don't need to be scared. You will be welcomed. You just need a guide, Most Nigerians are not bad people. They are accommodating, self for some few bad people which I think is normal.
@@terwasevictorsesugh3902 I will definitely visit, I've never heard any South Africans from Nigeria 🇳🇬 complaining about crimes 🤔
Speaking of excessive heat and humidity, I once went to Texas around July. Whoa wow, Africa has nothing on Texas when it comes to heat. I thought I was going to faint everyday I was there.
you were in Dallas TX ? i tell you they blast aircon in shopping centre and banks . the second you get out you are ready to be cooked by the sun. for me nevermore.

@PHlophe😂
Kkkk..lol..that's true about the weather, food , currency , and transportation . Kudos to your explorative experience my brother.
The weather in Lagos is very hot. I am a Nigerian but I can’t stand the weather there. Plateau State gets very cold.
Lagos is not the whole of Nigeria. Go to Jos, you are going to say it's too cold and not every Nigerian food is pepperish, it's because you were in LAGOS which is western Nigeria known for their love for pepper 🌶️
?
Enjoyed watching this. Well presented. God bless!
Yes love our food is hot but then it depends on the preparation, some add lots some don’t but we love pepper cos of its health benefit and we are just used to it, I miss keke marwa Lollz

As South African I am highly interested in taking my holiday in Nigeria just to see Africans in that side. I already have friends from that. Good video man
You are most welcome. I am sure the visit would be worth it.
One day the world will hear my voice about my experience in South Africa,Good and bad side of living there.,and how our fellow black people treated us even in the hospital it's only God who kept us.
Same thing when you are in Ghana. You would be Afraid of receiving a handshake from them. Foreigners are the only problem they see.
I agree with you on traffic, you going somewhere you need to leave hours before cos traffic is 😱😱 I mentioned that in one of my videos. It’s Banana Island, there’s a lot of nice places you should see Satellite Town too, Victoria Island, Lekki, Ajax……..Lagos is a whole lot of experience I tell you. The heat I know and get the jist for you of why it’s gon be hard, that’s why it’s easy for Nigerians to survive anywhere cos we are used to most of the hard life already. We Pray for Good Leaders 💯💯
M South African but I really wanna Visit Nigeria and Ghana 🇬🇭
Great experience, LOVE your video✌️👍
In Nigeria, we have 2 seasons; dry and rainy season. It’s very hot in dry season n cold in rainy. December from Christmas till like January is cold too. Just do your research on when to come.
Thank you for putting a picture of Nigeria in my mind. 🤗
Wonderful brother, thanks for such an open minded vedio. I love African countries also, but love Ghana more, I don't know why. My first stop will be Ghana and then Egypt and finally Israel one day.

Good. Cos I was wondering if south Africans didn't find their experience in nigeria worthing of telling to the world. For south Africans still in nigeria, I just want to inform you all that there is a place called Mangu in Plateau state that their accent sounds just like the south African accent. And, you are all welcome.

Nice narrative. Really honest. Kudos!!!
That is nice to hear that Nigerian food is not expensive and rather affordable for travelers from South Africa.

No need to be scared... just take the basic precaution like you would do in any large city anywhere in the world. Regarding feeling welcome... Nigerians will welcome you as their brother when you arrive and interact... Nigerians won't attack you or insult you for being South African. Nigerians are the most welcoming people ever. Nigerians just don't like being insulted by some South Africans online... and the cases of Xenophobic attacks on Nigerians in South Africa upsets Nigerians because Nigerians gave so much support to South African freedom fighters during Apartheid... when Nigerians get insulted online by some South Africans.., Nigerians fight back hard.... However, when you arrive and show mutual respect, Nigerians will welcome you. Nigerians love citizens of all African countries... Nigeria sees itself as the big brother of Africa to love and protect all Africans.
