As a South African what I know about Nigeria is that they are business mended people, they are go getters, I mean most of them are not scared to go to foreign countries looking for job/business opportunities and they produce good quality authentic music. I like most Nigerian artists artists like Burnaboy and I like Nigerian pidgin English🤪

As for me , let me go the other way round . I am a Nigerian. What I think about south Africa, South Africa is the Face of Africa and that is why to me, they are called South Africa. They are so resilient that they were given the name of the entire southern part of Africa. A people who make Africa Proud. There is no Africa without South Africa . Africa will be deformed without South Africa.
Secondly the National Anthem of South Africa makes me highly emotional 😭. That song , the Anthem , the lyrics , the rhythm and tune, has the soul of the entire African Continent and Nation . It is a spiritual song, soul lifting, song of hope and revival. It's like a psalm of David .
IT GETS ALL OVER ME WHEN I HEAR IT. THE MUSICAL PROGRESSION IS EPICAL . IT HAS THE SYMPHONY OF THE AFRICAN SPIRIT.

This is quite surprising! I thought South Africans hated us! I have always suspected that the tensions between Nigeria and South Africans was "manufactured", by the Western media. We in Nigeria have always loved South Africans since the anti-Aparthied struggle days. This video is so refreshing. Love to my South African brothers! You are a beautiful people and I love your music❤️ too!

It's not even western media, but agent provacatuers, on the internet. It is western media, as well, when it comes to reporting the violence. I visited Johannesburg, just days after the "killing of 12 foreigners". The truth was, only 3 were foreign. The rest were native South Africans. The reports came from the powerful in SA, and were spread by western media. I talked to many people, local in Maboneg (spelling?), and several seemed to suspect that the drug addicts that live under the bridge were the ones that were paid by powerful people to start these riots, and murder people. I would continue, that it was likely to deter black Africans from investing in the country. Be weary of western mainstream media, even those of us in the West need to be, but also be weary of these comments you see online. Mainly they are agent provacatuers, and it's the same tactic used for centuries. If they haven't shadow banned this comment, as they often do, let me know!

Most of the time, interact with Nigerian women because of the nature of business my wife and I are doing. They are sweet, respectful and hard working people. There are men that I also know and they are very cool. The problem is that the number of men arrested in SA for various crimes create perception that Nigerians are mostly criminals, of which it's not true in reality. I think Nigeria as a country can be the greatest if government can do things right. The country is very rich. Dangote is currently the richest in Africa, that tells us how much potential Nigeria has. I am nigerian, your view and response is top notch! I used to live in SA & in JHB to be precise. I have seen our naija people in a crowded hotel doing all sort of illicit transactions & police often raids the hotels & neighboring private homes looking for drug dealers! It was very distasteful to see how these elements made me feel as a nigerian living in SA. On one occasion, the police knocked on my door to conduct a search for drugs, without hesitation i opened my door, when they came what they saw was boxes of mazamba of different types & i was left alone. I leave home 4am every morning to buy my mazamba at the city deep down town jhb & all my customers were south africans who supported me all the years. That is not to say I didn't witness the negatives, I did but I took it in because i knew i was the victim of the bad eggs in our midst. When you're in another man's country behave well & be law abiding & the stars will line up for you. My story won't be complete without SA that i consider as my second home. Much ❤from nigeria

We won't need to buy products out but manufacture ours from very high amount of resources we have. This will create high employment rates, and won't face inflations. Imagine if we have one currency. We just need to eliminate greedy leaders, and swallow our prides.
Just look at USA and even the European Union. They are strong together and literally surviving mostly on our resources. We need to start protecting ambitious leaders like the Late Gaddafi who got killed. We don't want borders anymore. There's a lot to poor people due to each region taking responsibility of its people with limited resources and not with the help of Africa as a whole.

This is the video everyone needs to see. This is the type of video all African need to push about ourselves. We can change narratives and mindset of the whole globe with content such as this.
I’m a Nigerian, and to be honest I was not expecting this. The media did change my perspective of SA people because of recent events, but I’ve always been torn between that perception and my actual experience of SA folks. I have an SA guy who came to invest in entertainment business Nigeria. That man is a solid, dependable and honest dude. Go to Tom for the truth anyday. I’ve had SA colleagues while working in volatile areas who will put their lives for you. Let unite n be great
