I believe the only think that irk Jugram is raging eyes on him from Bazz , which might bring back his trauma from his abusive uncle. So obviously as abuse victim, he will be on Yuha side, as Yuha gives him purpose and take him as an important person.
Hoping to see my theory that Ichigo is the same type of Quincy as Yhwach and Jugo confirmed.... all his friends BECAME spiritually aware over time and as HE got stronger, none were born that way, even the "fullbring" ones weren't prior to their relationship with Ichigo, and all the other fullbringers from the fullbring arc were getting attacked by Hollows/ spiritually aware from a much younger age then Chad and Orihime, and Ichigo is a Hybrid Quincy closer to the soul king then Ywatch or Haschwalth so power he gives out may be more like Fullbring powers than Quincy ones... plus ishida’s bow/arrow was buffed by touching Ichigo. He also started displaying Quincy powers pretty much as soon as two Quincy's he hit with energy attacks ( and thus took in his spiritual power) were killed by other people, these being Ebern and Quilge. As soon as Quilge dies Ichigo began to absorb the Jail almost like he was suddenly able to absorb Reishi like a Quincy.... he couldn't absorb Quilge's reishi the way a normal Quincy would prior to his Quincy powers actually being active, so absorbing the "Jail" CAN'T be what activated them. i think Ichigo and Yhwach probably split Quilge and Eberns power 50/50 since they would have died with both of their spiritual energies in them, and after absorbing one full "Quincys" worth of powers/experience, suddenly Ichigo's use Blut like a pure blood.... like Quilge...
Ichigo powering up Uryu's bow was explained as shinigami have internal power that they release while Quincies' get their power from their external environment. Because Ichigo was leaking spiritual pressure, Uryu was able to harness it to increase his strength. The hyogokou in Rukia was used to explain the reason why Ichigo's friends gained abilities as it was granting their desires to help/protect. They could retcon this stuff like they did in the Fullbring arc, but I don't think it is necessary to do in this arc.
@ sure but the absorption of reishi is a conscious process, and yet simple physical contact caused ishida’s bow to expand without his intention, also where would the power Jugo gives out come from if not from within himself? It’s also said it takes above captain level reiatsu to activate, something none of them had at the time and Rukia’s Gigi was actively draining power from her/it embedded in her to fuse her to the Gigi and become human, surly this incomplete and ‘asleep’ Hyogoku couldn’t be responsible right? And the first explanation for where their powers comes from is actually Shun Shun Rika who directly attributes Ichigo himself as their source and I’m gonna take the word of a primary source over the guesses of scientist that admit they don’t actually fully understand the Hyogoku and many other topics they wouldn’t necessarily know about such as these special Quincy, nor what a hybrid with that particular trait would be capable of, Orihime’s ability are far more versatile then most fullbring and have sentient spirits like Zanpakuto, Chad’s work like basic hallow abilities and ishida….. well he did get a pretty ridiculous power up from his first appearance to his Mayuri fight with like 2 weeks of training in between, then look at how high Orihime, Chad, and Ishida scale by the end, humans even fullbring really shouldn’t be able to stand and walk in the presence of the ss and Yhwach let alone survive hits from them unless Ichigo has been powering them up this whole time, plus I think as a hybrid he can give more then Quincy powers because internally at least his power is all one in the same, it’s not actually divided into his individual races so no need to limit powers granted to Quincy themed ones.

We saw Seidlitz and the other 2 old Quincy generals that we got to know during Yama’s bankai scenes once again, but boy…if only they added Quilge, Robert, As Nodt among the Sterns, just a frame as Bazz-B gets selected and looks at Haschwalth I’ve written all of this just to say that I want to see Robert again so bad🥲 let’s keep hoping for his epic return
I don't think As Nodt was around back then. His flashback has him in a more modern day hospital when he is approached by Yhwach. If shrifts were given out at that time though, Lille should have been around.
