Wow! You are full of the most simple-minded ideas. What is our true nature? Can you tell me? No, you cannot. And what would we be without a social group (society) as the most social animal on the planet? And how would little Jenny feel if society disolved and gangs of cannibals and rapists dominate the landscape? Then little, dim Jenny would be crying for some brave men with guns to save her. Do you think? That is merely rhetorical - I have never met a woman capable of any degree of abstract thinking. It is women who so often repeat such empty catch-phrases while, at the same time, you want power over and control of everything because you are so weak and fearful. I would suggest you think before you speak but then the abstract thinking deficit ...
Great video! Here are some lesson i learned from video: Avoid complaining - it wastes energy. Don't focus on things outside your control - it leads to unnecessary stress. Resist the urge to blame others - take responsibility for your actions. Stop seeking validation - it's a distraction from your true purpose. Eliminate procrastination - it hampers productivity. Avoid overindulgence - practice moderation. Stay away from negative influences - they can derail your mindset. What other habits do you think are essential for a strong mindset? How do you tackle these habits in your daily life?
These tenets are all true and admirable, yet to put them all in practise requires an individual to control natural human tendencies that are part of our genetic imperative. Extremely difficult to master for everyday humans like myself. There is glory in the struggle though, and that's where I live..... I will continue to try.

Thank you .. i apply some of the things mentioned in your video .. but i was call "cold hearted" .. a person with a hard heartm.i dunno .. but the rhinga you mentioned are logical approach .. thank you for reminding me .
Stop caring what you are called. Don't be cold hearted thou - be stoic, but be human! Stoicism means being hard and resilient on the inside, not looking so on the outside!
"Cold hearted" is nothing more than another person's opinion. As this video says, You are the only one to judge the type of person you are. Others will always have their own negative and positive opinions about you regardless of what you do.
I used to like stoicism a lot, but I feel it is misinterpreted in the modern world - it is true that stoic principles are good to strive for, but it is also necessary to acknowledge that striving is the best we can do, they aren't fully attainable because we are of flesh and blood and we will falter on many issues. For example, it is a good rule to "not waste time", but we will still waste some time now and again, through resting mostly. Also, not getting angry is good to strive for, especially for our health, but it will inevitably still happen from time to time. Stoicism is too idealist, but those ideals aren't a bad thing to have, if that makes sense. Great video, anyway.
Hi thanks for your feedback. Yes I totally get your point. Seeing these muscular Philosophers and seeing how “perfect” they are seems kind of unrealistic at first and a little bit ridiculous on first glance. However, my goal is to inspire people to be better people. No one is asking you to be perfect and “unbreakable”. No even marcus aurelius was probably perfect. I want to spread positivity by improving oneself as much as possible in order to help onself and others. And again thank you for you feedback, keep it going. ❤️
Resting in itself isn't bad - it's necessary. We need it for the body (sleep) but no less for a calm and collected mind. Daydreaming or chilling on the couch all day long is really weakening. And although getting angry from time to time is just unavoidable for humans it's our duty to not let anger (or any other emotion) overflow us. Have a great week!
