sir, I can Run Faster I Took 9 seconds to complete 3 runs, I Took 13 seconds for 100m sprint But the problem is i can't run longer when there is endurance seassion in my Acadamy We have to run 10 round of ground in 25 minites or 20 roundes in 40 minutes but after 8 or 9 round i cant run because i feel so much pain in stomach as well as in my back too, I Vamate every time after session what should i Do?? plese make video on It
It is mostly because your stomach is weak, even I played professionally but till 2 years I had the same problem, them my coach adviced to regularly train my cores, then gradually it helped me for long duration runs as well. Else u can contact any senior players if this also doesn't work.
