These look delicious! I keep seeing recipes for individual ribs on Pinterest using all sorts of seasonings from BBQ to Asian. I'll have to give this a try on my new XL WFG *after* I make your rib recipe using the rib rack. 😋😋😋
Questions: 1) What size foil pan fits the XL? 2) If I don't have hot honey do you recommend a splash or 2 of hot sauce or just use regular honey? THX!!

Great friend and very knowledgeable. So, tell me how you like that Angel Fire whiskey in the background on the left. It's pricey, but is it good? I'm guessing you like it since it's almost empty? I tried this recipe but it didn’t work for me, temp was off after I covered them up. Couldn’t get them to 200• so I put them on bake to finish them off but tbh this video wasn’t as detailed as previous videos, that’s just my opinion.

It’s a half pan from Costco. And yeah regular honey and hot sauce will work.
