How has your MB4 machine held up compared to the other brands you own? I'm contemplating a purchase of a larger pro style for easier hooping of bulky projects. I own a regular single-needle Janome embroidery machine now and would like to stay with this format.
I love the MB4 this is the second one I have owned. I also have the SWF and a Highland. But the MB4is my go to machine is easy to use and love the stitching of it.
Why do I keep having issues with not reading my design on my usb. I have a mb4s the correct usb gb... the design file size is not too big.. what else can I do?

Do you have any idea what could happen, I don’t know what to do. Thanks for you help , looking forward to hear from you.
It could be that either your screen is going out or the LED bulb both will make it do that. If if goes totaly dark you can hold a flash light up above it and if you can see the screen and you push any of the buttons and they work then the light has gone out . I do not know if just that part can be replaced or not. In any cash the screen will need to be replaced.

Where do you buy your designs? I always get them in Jef format onto my computer and then put on a memory stick for the MB-4 Also if you buy like from embroidery designs.com you can get them in any format or I should say you can download as many times as you want and in any format that you want. @@catherinestanley9696
How big is your flash drive? The best to use is the 2GB Or a 4GB and you need to make sure it is a 2.0 not a3.0. And make sure you have formated the usb in the machine first. are you sure you are putting the design in the correct forlder. And if you have several on your usb push you next page button the arrow button going to the right the file could be on the next page.
Yes I did that pushed the arrow button for the next page several times and nothing....there files that I purchased so I'm just extracting the jef format and putting it in the embroidery folder on the usb....first going to USB folder...then the folder under that one which is the Embf folder.....when I insert the usb in my Husqvarna viking epic I have all the files for that machine but I can also see the jef files I downloaded for the MB-4S
@@sandrasaucedo6485 Do you have a program you are using. You need to bring the design up in a program and then transfer it to your usb to the correct folder. An If it is not showing up on screen it also may be to big for the hoop you have selected

on the screen you will see the alphabet if you scroll through it you will see some in writing. Pick the font you want and put it in but the lettering on the machine is not very big. If you want a name you may need to have it digitized. I do digitizing. If you would like for me to make a name for you just send me an email at twostars321@yahoo.com I will be more then happy to help you out.

I am so confused! I wish I could just talk to you. I most definitely recognize your knowledge but I am such a novice with this machine. So intimidating! I do not know how to program the colors and when to change them ??? The screen says red and black and yet you talk white??? I do not applicate I just embroider ( I have a single needle baby loc) I really want to learn but yikes!!!

When I down load a picture it picks up the back ground so it comes out looking like a patch how do I stop that from happening

The dst. It works better lost less problems. You just need to right down in what order you want your threads to sew out.
