The PAC are going to make double and triple the MWC because they have 4 less free loaders (Wyoming, SJSU, Hawaii and UNM). They have the 5 highest grossing MWC schools. Thats easily double shares, add Zags and its even more.
The original PAC had trouble with it being a west Coast conference no way will this mountain west 2.0 get double let alone triple of what the mountain west is getting with these members and being only in the west coast
@@noelramirez1551 they had trouble because they were asking for big10 and SEC money. We all know they aren't worth $30M per school. This group is much more realistic and $10M per is easily attainable
@@StarkSDSU if they would've convinced the American schools to join I would believe it but this conference is just the mountain west plus Washington State and Oregon State I just don't see how
@@noelramirez1551 sorry, you clearly don't understand the MW - those top 4/5 schools have been carrying way to much baggage and getting shafted by the conference on better deals. Memphis made a poor decision (watch Garry Parrish breakdown) but I'm totally ok with it, regionality makes college more fun. This conference is already the best G5, er G6?
@@StarkSDSU nobody is arguing it's one of the top G6 schools but you know how the voting committee is would they pick a 2 to 3 loss PAC champion over an undefeated JMU or USF team 🤷 and the American was making 10 million per team when they had basketball schools like Memphis Houston UConn and Cincinnati not to mention Cincinnati made the playoffs and UCF other American teams made like 6 new year six bowls in 8 years
I think the PAC's next move has to be on getting into Texas. Get back on the phone with UTSA and offer a better deal. Bring in Texas State too for a good rivalry. Texas makes the most sense geographically, and also bolsters your status as potentially the best P5 conference. Could go after Rice over Texas State to apply even more pressure on Tulane, Memphis, and USF to join as well
Here is the issue guys, the four athletic programs that joined the PAC Conference are winners and none of the top four conferences want to play them, for the simple fact they can come up with an “L”. This can spark interest from their recruiting hotbeds, by sparking interest because it is a new landscape.
They will not be emplyees. They will bring added value to the Pac 12. Thats why they cannot guarantee the payout until commitments are made. Several years from now Memphis, UTSA and Tulane will be sorry they didnt go to the new Pac 12.
1: UTSA was never offered a PAC invite so they had nothing to push back on 2: this “expert” is the same guy that said Gonzaga had joined the PAC at a full media payout, which is 100% inaccurate 3: the PAC media analysts know one trillion x what this guy knows about media valuation of the pac forward. This guys knowledge could fill a thimble.

The main reason the AAC schools didn’t leave is because of the $27 million dollar exit fees and the fact the pac-12 was only going to pay 10% of it.

No they will not. You are clueless and libtard Democratic Pedophile idiot.

Sooo, those Gonzaga reports today...
