I thought I followed exactly, but butter did no incorporate completely, did I remove from heat too soon? I added the chips and ended up with a delicious gelatinous mess, LOL

@@cyrillizariaangeles1157 if you're using it as filling po make sure to put a buttercream wall to make sure na hindi sya lalabas if you want po na mas stable just add more cornstarch po kung mapapasobra man po kayo just add milk until you get the consistency you wanted.

sorry to hear that, you should take it from heat before putting the butter and chocolates in.
if its too gelatinous just add more milk until you get the right consistency you wanted.
Finally nakakita na din ng gumagamit ng chocolate chips hindi lang cocoa. Thank you for sharing. Question po pipepable po ba to? Or too runny?
pipable naman po but it won't give you a sharp edge po if you want po more stiff just add more cornstarch kung mapasobra naman po just add milk.

What's the difference between dark chocolate & bitter sweet chocolate
dark chocolate is more of the bitter taste while the bitter sweet has a hit of sweetness in it.
