The other Disassembly Drones were the other robots at the Elliott Manner Cyn infected before the Galla Massacre, and they were probably all sent at once but just covered different areas as in episode 1 J talks about competing with other squads on the planet to see who can wipe out the most Worker Drones per week.
I'd imagine the pods that crashed were manned by the clones of J, and the one with Tessa was the one that landed smoothly. Also, correct me if I'm wrong, but these are all clones of N, J, and V (and theorized S), rather than 50 million different drones/serial designation.
