Following this seems to have fixed it but it now shows 8 ads before anything plays.
Support never got back to me at all.
I don't have a Roku TV but a Roku Ultra

Very odd, I seem to remember on Amazon Video back in the day there were certain films/tv shows that just refused to cooperate.
Keep an eye on it!

@@Soundwave04 I contacted their supports but never got a response except their Twitter giving me a different one to try. It's really frustrating because prior I was using it a lot. I just got the Roku in the spring and from April on learnt about Retro Crush. So for it to break not long after has me really disgruntled. I still watch their Live TV channel on Roku's Live TV but the on demand application was really great prior ;~~~; It shows mostly 1980's anime. Watching the Live TV option in the evenings reminds me of when I was in school and would stay-up late to watch anime on school nights 😂😂😂
Most other applications I have tried for it have worked fine but I am really boring and mostly just use a few things like Tubi, Plex, Twitch, TH-cam, Spotify, and CBC Gem (it has "Coronation Street")
