Good evening Sue! This dish does look delicious especially the creaminess! I’d rather it be creamy than dryish! In the past, I have cooked kielbasa with onions and cabbage stove top. Thank you for sharing! 💕
Being from NW Ohio where there are quite a lot of polish people we had fresh kielbasa and smoked. The fresh is much lighter in color with a lot of garlic and other spices. Has to be cooked before eating and smoked which looked like you were using. Most of the smoked I have seen can be eaten without further cooking. Your dish looked delicious. I would also have added cabbage.
I’m surprised that your husband coming from Ohio didn’t know the sausage thing!… but to his defense There is a difference in Northern and Southern Ohio cooking!❤😊
Ooo excited to try this one! Thank you, Sue! ❤
I hope you like it!

Thanks Kathy! I will try it with cabbage next time.

Thank you! The sausage that you describe was exactly what I was looking for!

Kielbasa has a little more spice than regular polish sausage
Thank you Julie!
