Why does KTM, the world's foremost off-road brand, make a 500 EXC-F 6 Days or 450 SX-F Factory Edition livery with anodized hubs and premium seats? Because special editions are collectible. :)
Has the excess heat coming from the engine and exhaust has been fixed ? I have tested not long ago the Chrome Edition and my riding buddy told me that he can feel the engine heat from 3 feet away, imagine how i felt it…
I have the 23 XC and am thinking of grabbing this one, too. I don't find the heat intolerable, and I sometimes cruise a few miles at 100. That's when it gets hot.
My dealer is the worst. Took almost an entire year and pestering them to fix a tiny oil leak that was supposed to have been fixed before I pitched the bike. They refused to acknowledge there was an oil leak in the first place. They’ve had my bike for three week already…..just to replace one seal. They make it inconvenient so you don’t take your bike in for repair. It’s horrible !!!
@Michael Cox most dirtbikes use an 18 inch rear wheel. 19 if it's an mx setup but this is an offroad bike so it should have an 18. 17 is definitely odd.
They're repurposing the rim and tire from the Tiger 900/1200 line. :) It's an ADV sizing for the rim, not dirt bike or MX. Scramblers aren''t true dirt bikes, although they have more agility than a standard ADV due to weight and center of gravity. Triumph is coming out with an MX (and eventually woods) line of models for '24 to fill that niche gap.
Absolute BEST motorcycle.
A supposed off road bike with a chrome tank and Triumph owners wonder why other bikers see them as hipsters and poseurs. 😂

Why no servicing? I have had bad luck with dealer service!

Because it's a Scrambler...same as with a dirt bike.

Not meant to be, just a styling exercise for poseurs.
Pssh, I'd take it off-road. Get the dresser bars and learn to shine chrome.
