My daughter has a Masters degree snd had to move back home. I don’t black the president. I blame my local politicians and state politicians in Texas for allowing this. There is a company 10 minutes away from my house in Suburban Dallas in the city of Richardson called Real Page. Everyone needs to read to find out how this 1 company is responsible for most of our high rent prices all over America and there is no mistake why they are in Texas. There has been a 30 year trend of higher price across the board when America elects a Democrat as president and the prices are lower the moment a Republican is elected. It’s clear this is price gouging by Republican donors and we all know the friends of Big Oil and large grocery store chains. Americans need to stop allowing themselves to be conned on this issue.
i was listening to 1300 am in upstate NY , I moved as FAR UP as i could to find AFFORDABLE HOUSING, just to hear this GREEDY Bershire Hathaway agent praising the quality of life and affordability in my area just to say " the rents are so affordable its great, BUT its so much higher everywhere else , we need to get those rents UP and GET IN ON THAT PROFIT in this area as well"
