I can’t understand why people spend their hard earned money on ,unhygienic street food. Street food has become big business ventures for the unemployed to earn their living. Still they should provide clean ,hygiene centred food.
Why are they scamming their customers with the obvious cheating with the Michelin mark? The "Guide de Michelin" does not rate cooking carts like this. A basic requirement is that the restaurant maintains a very high hygienic standard. This is neither a restaurant nor a high standard of hygiene. On the contrary, very dirty
There actually is one street food truck that received a michelin star. You're still probably correct that these ones are scams, but it IS possible to still receive a Michelin Star as a food truck vendor!

They do actually. Those stickers just showed they have been recognised by the Michelin guide but not awarded a star. There is a street food stall in Bangkok (I believe) that was given a star. It was featured on a Netflix series
