When I go to put the arm bars into the pole there a quarter of a inch to long and I have the correct pole at the bottom because it’s the same length as the middle pole and the smallest pole goes on the tip top if I move it at all for the arms to line up with the holes it takes the wheels on the top of the bottom part that you would put the sand in did the factory mess up??? I’m doing everything the direction and this video is saying they just will not line uo

Hey I was at a quick question I'm repairing one for some friends or some neighbor kids down the street. But I got it all reassembled and everything looks correct. But the backboard looks like it's tilted back just a little bit. Is that the correct position
No it shouldn’t be. Make sure that the V-Shape brackets on the back of the backboard are fully tighten. If they are, there may be other issues going on. Please send pictures to customercare@lifetime.com so we can take a better look at what could be the issue.
There could be different scenarios on to why this could happen. Would you mind emailing us pictures to youtube@lifetime.com so we can troubleshoot some ideas on what could be going on?
If the bolt is not in the correct spot, the system may not adjust properly and you will probably have issues with the installation as parts will not line up correctly.
@LifetimeProductsAssembly 90585, I scanned the qr code in the manual to get to this video. Some of the instructions I was able to follow but some were either out of order of missing
Thank you for bringing this to our attention, we are going to work on resolving this. Here is the link to the correct video - th-cam.com/video/Cqv7yH81KEs/w-d-xo.html

Hi. After finishing assembly I can't make it go down. It's still a the maximum high. Gas string does not move.

We have listed some tools that made the assembly easier for us. To ensure a safe assembly, At least use the tools recommend in the manual.
@@LifetimeProductsAssembly so i saw the whole video so i technically just need a piece of wood and a drill with different parts for the tools?
Ugh so many steps just to get the first part and it took us 3 days to build this exact basketball hoop and the box said can be done in 3 hours
I did it myself in about 3 hours or less. Yes a lot of parts but very easy.
