Oh man, I consider myself a genuine Morrowind oldhead and I've never even heard of that max fatigue exploit. That's incredible, that might actually be new tech, 22 years after release lol. In a real run you're not really ever going to have 4 max fatigue (unless you're doing some ridiculous challenge run 😉) however it is totally feasible through alchemy or enchanting to fortify your stamina to outrageous levels for a similar effect, plus just having effectively infinite stamina as a side effect.
There's an existing, known exploit with Drain Intelligence to 0, which fully restores your Magicka. I bet you could use 4 Drain Attribute effects to momentarily set your max Fatigue to 0 to use the fatigue multiplier for something. Maybe not actually useful, given how very many utterly unbalanced things there are in Morrowind, but it's probably doable.
I could've made a bunch of damage attribute spells and done this "legitimately." Damaged attributes don't regenerate without spells, potions, or praying at a shrine. It just didn't occur to me at the time. A potential useful strategy could be to damage your fatigue stats with spells, then use the lowered fatigue to buy some enchanted items that can also damage your attributes, and then restore those damaged attributes at a shrine. This way, you can whip out the cheese at a moments notice. You could even make some enchanted items to restore the attributes rather than finding a shrine.

Last year I wanted the most brutal start I could imagine and started a challenge playthrough called "The Fleaman Challenge". All attributes and skills begin at level 0, as does magicka. Health and fatigue had to begin at level 1 however, for obvious reasons. Unlike this video, however, I did keep attribute growth when leveling up. Oh, and as the namesake entails, the command console was used to set my player model scale to 1% of my character level. I have fond memories of hopping away from enemies and poking their toes from under tables or chairs using a toothpick chitin spear to get endurance levels. :D To anyone brave enough to try it, be prepared for a very quirky progression experience.

My god. I always heard about morrowind and seen the memes, but never played it myself. Just seeing a couple of your videos has made me wanna get it. Something I've noticed is how some people walk. Some people literally phonk walk and its so funny to me.
Sinammu chasing down the fish reminded me of how every time I try to do the Mage's College in Skyrim, on the way to Saarthal, Tolfdir will WITHOUT FAIL always get lost because a wolf spawned on the way. He apparently has an UNCONTROLLABLE HATRED of wolves, so he'll run off and start punching it out... which then leads him to wander all the way to Windhelm on a quest to render the wolf population of northern Tamriel extinct. It's really dumb.
You can also use rat souls to enchant constant effect items by just switching the gemtype after setting up the enchantment profile in the menu. Itll charge the item with the same effect but just reduce the overall capacity
“He’s straight edge…” Got me thinking about Hardcore punk shows in Morrowind- TES has bards, but I’ve never heard of a band in TES- Bethesda should hop on that.
weird thing happened today; I was playing with jump spells and having stupidly high fatigue from potion fortifications. I had roughly 19k fatigue, and cast two different 100-point stacking jump spells together. I walked outside, cast the spells, jumped further than I’ve ever gone before, aaaaaaaand I died on impact. With 19k fatigue (and albeit only 233 hp) So for what it’s worth, I can conclude we’re not completely invincible with stupidly-high fatigue
I'm so glad that's the only times I look down at my phone ever are perfect enough to catch your videos also I'm glad I'm not the only one still playing morewhend
I'm 45 seconds in and the video title undersells the premise, lol. I guess I clicked on it so it worked, but the stats staying at 1 is a lot more interesting than what I thought. I thought it was just going to be that they started at 1.
6:35 "Why does it cost more?" Because after you used berserk, you had your hands out in spellcasting mode, which is perceived as threatening and lowers disposition.
Here's my lore answer to how the mercantile trick works this run: See, the denizens of Vvardenfel see this annoying, scrawny looking Orc pestering them with questions and wanting to barter, when seemingly out of nowhere, said Orc goes berserk and becomes jacked, utterly throwing them off, not sure how to handle this. That's when he lays on the charm, knocking them so far off their mental script of the situation, that they're happy to do *anything* he asks of them, even sell near-priceless objects for a single drake.
A couple years ago I did a run where all my attributes and skills started at 0, but they leveled up normally. I found out about the orc fortify stamina effect then, but I played a non-orc because it trivialized the challenge. It was very fun, and I ended up being strong enough to join guilds before I finished the game :)
I somehow randomly came across this channel through a recommendation. I used to play Morrowind like it was a lifeline when i was younger and I have watched a handful of your videos on it and I've got to say that you are definitely entertaining and incredibly knowledgeable. I've done absolutely everything there was to do back in the day and it's such a nice refreshing feeling to see all this nostalgia through your videos. I'm subbing and I'm here to stay. keep it up :)
I don't often care about sponsors (even if I watch them, and even if they're done well), buuuut... you had me at Nick Podehl. I really enjoy his narration for the Arcane Ascension series, so I'll check out 'Life in the North'. As for the actual challenge... if you're gonna be constantly on the floor this sounds like it's going to be supremely painful 😅
I think the reason that the trip was more expensive after you cast berserk at 6:20 might have been related to you still having your spellcasting hands readied. People see readied casting fingers or readied weapons as a threat or just don't like the menace. Probably also not helped by the strange happenings with all your stats at 1 as well.
The bargain rising force potions are so heavy because they're garbage made by amateurs. The more powerful potions tend to be lighter, and I assume it's because they're more concentrated. Better alchemist are capable of distilling the magic into a smaller amount of liquid so you don't have to drink four gallons of baja blast to slightly lift off the ground, so the potion is more valuable.
Ready to level up? Life in the North can be listened to on Audible readerlinks.com/l/4159607 and your favorite retailers!

"We have much more important things to do, such as getting the bonebiter bow of Sul-Senipul for Sul-Matuul, the ashkahn of the Urshilaku aslanders because the Urshilaku ashkahn will urshilASK us to do this anyway." Holy shit what a sentence lmfao
Never thought I'd see the day when I actually appreciate a sponsor. That book seemed pretty interesting.
The effort you put into your sponsors is a breath of fresh air
The amount of effort you put into this video is fantastic, 10/10; Bravo 👏👏👏
My god. I always heard about morrowind and seen the memes, but never played it myself. Just seeing a couple of your videos has made me wanna get it. Something I've noticed is how some people walk. Some people literally phonk walk and its so funny to me.
Thank you. These videos help me sleep and relax me like no other. Keep up the wonderful work! ❤️
7:33 aye but they're both a kilogram 🤣 that reference got a good laugh out of me in public
The online youtuber whose sponsor segments i dont skip theyre so funny☺️
Sinammu chasing down the fish reminded me of how every time I try to do the Mage's College in Skyrim, on the way to Saarthal, Tolfdir will WITHOUT FAIL always get lost because a wolf spawned on the way. He apparently has an UNCONTROLLABLE HATRED of wolves, so he'll run off and start punching it out... which then leads him to wander all the way to Windhelm on a quest to render the wolf population of northern Tamriel extinct. It's really dumb.

WHAT
I've been playing this game since it came out, and I never new that!
Stuff like this is why I love this channel.
The merchants of Morrowind are so kind to give whatever this poor man needs
Man I love your sponsor bits, getting better and better
Your sense of humor and the slightly monotone voice. You always make me laugh! Great content!
Perfect timing.
I needed something to unwind with.
You’re doing Gods work making morrowind videos. Cherry on top is your sense of humor.
You can also use rat souls to enchant constant effect items by just switching the gemtype after setting up the enchantment profile in the menu. Itll charge the item with the same effect but just reduce the overall capacity
Azura's blessing on you for the flashbang prevention in the hairdryer clip
“He’s straight edge…” Got me thinking about Hardcore punk shows in Morrowind- TES has bards, but I’ve never heard of a band in TES- Bethesda should hop on that.
weird thing happened today; I was playing with jump spells and having stupidly high fatigue from potion fortifications.
I had roughly 19k fatigue, and cast two different 100-point stacking jump spells together. I walked outside, cast the spells, jumped further than I’ve ever gone before, aaaaaaaand I died on impact. With 19k fatigue (and albeit only 233 hp)
So for what it’s worth, I can conclude we’re not completely invincible with stupidly-high fatigue
I'm so glad that's the only times I look down at my phone ever are perfect enough to catch your videos also I'm glad I'm not the only one still playing morewhend
I did not expect a historical currency lesson when watching this, but here we are.
I love narratively spurious clone. Best sponsor character.
I'm 45 seconds in and the video title undersells the premise, lol. I guess I clicked on it so it worked, but the stats staying at 1 is a lot more interesting than what I thought.
I thought it was just going to be that they started at 1.
Love the kilogram of steel limmy reference. Just another reason to love this channel man
6:35 "Why does it cost more?"
Because after you used berserk, you had your hands out in spellcasting mode, which is perceived as threatening and lowers disposition.
Here's my lore answer to how the mercantile trick works this run:
See, the denizens of Vvardenfel see this annoying, scrawny looking Orc pestering them with questions and wanting to barter, when seemingly out of nowhere, said Orc goes berserk and becomes jacked, utterly throwing them off, not sure how to handle this.
You should try that run - I did it minimizing cheese and it wasn't too brutal
Regaining health instead of dying when falling at 15:45 is crazy.
Opened TH-cam to go to your channel, and new video was right at the top of my feed before i even clicked the search bar muehehe
Another enjoyable video. I’m already looking forward to the next one!
He might be the only guy that makes me interested in watching the ads
FINALLY - I've been checkin for a new upload for a while
I LOVE the fact that you found the berserk exploit!
I always enjoy your videos. Thanks!
Wow, the lore of the Bramblepinths was really interesting. Also fun and good run!
The cutting off Azura bit only gets funnier every time you step it up.
