I see that Jill is not using any base tray to cut her Movers and Shapers dies! What is the base she is using? Is Sizzix selling these new bases? Thank you Sizzix for coming up with so many lovely dies for us crafters. Been a die-hard fan since the Red Sizzix Original Machine and dies were in the market...Still loving Sizzix!

Every craft store sells at least one version of hole punchers like what she used. It's a very common tool. I bought one at JoAnn's and another one at Michaels. They were different brands, but performed equally well. Just google it and tons of stuff comes up. If you use a 40% off coupon, you can get a good price on one.
What kind of rivet setter is this and where do you get it.

Is the longest bracelet length you offer 8"? What do you do if you need it longer? Can you manipulate the dies to make it work?
Yes, that is the longest we offer BUT we tested out the Sizzix Movers & Shapers Magnetic Die Set 2PK - Bracelets, Thin #2 Item #660599, and I'm sure it would work with others - we folded the leather in half to almost the length of the die, and then brought the other end back to the rounded end (to have matching ends) - and it worked we ended up with a 15" strip with rounded edges. We tried it on suede, our Sizzix Leather (www.sizzix.com/catalogsearch/result/index/?q=leather&tag_category=32&crumb=4c2598f7f102477f580e158cd9aa85d7) with ease. The stiffer leather did show a fold, so if you're staining it, it will be darker on that fold where it bent. We hope this helps!
Thank you for the quick reply. I was thinking that I could place the leather where it would hang off of the end & cut and then slide more leather onto the platform, line up & recut to get the desired length. I had not thought about folding it. And I have no idea what you mean by staining the leather. What videos should I watch???

What do you do when a piece of leather gets stuck in a hole. I have this problem with my brand new two times used journal wrap die. It's stuck down in the whole. Tried needles and tweezers.
Hole
I use the needle or exacto knife. If it still doesn't come out, I would hope it was a small hole in which maybe you can push the pieces into the middle and shake it out of the largest hole. Once you clean it out, just remember, every time you create a new hole, take out that little piece of leather.

I have the exact die set she's using and can't get the top piece to cut on upholstery weight leather to save my life. I've tried every combination of platforms and shims I know to try. So far these die sets have been a waste of my money. :(
