Hallo Jürgen, tolle Videos hast du da , dafür ein großes Lob.
Könntest du mir eventuell noch verraten was ich beim Entlüften beachten soll ? Habe den A6 C4 mit zwei Entlüftungsschrauben . Werden neu befüllen müssen und da möchte ich denn das System schön entlüftet haben .
In dem Video hast du nur voll laufen lassen und nachher die Entlüftungsschraube beim Wärmetauscher zu gedreht . Muss ich dafür die Lüftung anmachen damit der den Kreislauf zum WT aufmacht ? Stehe grad wohl auf dem Schlauch 😅 wäre über einen Rat dankbar

In other videos the bumper is not removed to let the radiator out, but the upper sheet metal. Is it an equally correct procedure? thanks
Bei meinem Audi 100 Typ44 gehts so leicht von der Hand wie Du am Anfang beschrieben hast :-) Alledings sind es 3 Schläuche

They are new plastic parts attached to the new radiator? that need a hole drilled (?) how many parts (?)/holes; 3 or 4?............ I will need to look for this. I expect to have my mechanics do this job in a few weeks. And I want it done like you did it Iri !/ joe

Hallo, um ehrlich zu sein nein. Ich habe die verdammte Schraube ewig gesucht und nicht gefunden. Vielleicht gibt es sie gar nicht. Ähnlich erging es mir am Porsche, in den Anleitungen stand ebenfalls was von solch einer Schraube. In den Werksunterlagen fand ich dann, dass die Schraube in meinem Baujahr entfiel. Moin! Bei mir liegt sie an der Grenze Ölwanne/Getriebeglocke. Wenn man so unter dem Auto liegt, dass die Füße in Fahrtrichtung rausschauen, auf der linken Seite - ist eine Schraube mit Innensechskant. Mein ABC ist von '94.

und ich habe ein Problem mit der Temperatur
Ich habe das Thermostat, die Wasserpumpe und die Frostschutzkappe überprüft, sie sind alle in Ordnung
Zuerst stieg die Temperatur auf fast 120 und das Wasser kochte. Nach einer Überprüfung mit dem Kapitän sagte er mir, dass ich die Luft entfernt habe, aber im Moment beträgt die Temperatur 90, aber die Rohre sind sehr stark, der Meister sagte mir, dass der Motor Muss geändert werden
Haben Sie eine Antwort zu diesem Problem?

I don't understand 9:10 and 10:52 what part you need to drill 'new holes' in. In the part you take off of old radiator? or in the new radiator housing, itself?
Hi, there is a simple plastic part attached to the radiator, but it had no hole for the screw.

Yes, the holes are for the 2 little screws which fix the air box nozzle.

Wie ist das mit der zweiten Entlüftungsschraube am Block? Audi empfiehlt im Handbuch noch das überfüllen des Kühlmittelbehälters und abwarten bis der Lüfter anläuft. Wie sieht das aus?
Hallo, die zweite Schraube geht bei mir nicht mehr auf. Das Entlüften geht auch ohne den ganzen Zauber. Es kann nur sein, dass der Motor beim ersten Versuch heiß wird, weil eine Luftblase am Thermostat sitzt. Ist aber kein Problem, Anzeige beobachten, wenn es heiß wird abstellen, 5 Minuten warten und wieder starten, dann geht es. Viele Grüße, Jürgen
irina25661 vielen Dank für deine Antwort. Ich muss meinen Thermoschalter für die Lüfter wechseln und dementsprechend wieder entlüften.
@@K0nst4nt1n96 Hallo, kein Problem, da kommt fast kein Wasser raus, wenn Du flink wechselst. Problem ist eher, dass es Thermostaten gibt, die bekommst Du nur rein, wenn der Zahnriemen ab ist, und das ist eine größere Sache, es gibt ja ein Video zum Zahnriemen. Viele Grüße, Jürgen
@@irina25661 Mein Thermostat wurde grade erst beim Zahnriemenwechsel getauscht und funktioniert zum Glück noch. Ich kenne das Problem vom Corsa B da kommt man auch nur ganz beschissen dran :D Hast du schon Probleme mit dem Gebläsemotor gehabt? Meiner quietscht und ich suche nach Ausbauvideos.
Ich habe die Sache mit dem entlüften auch aktuell machen müssen und zuerst nur mit der Schraube am Wasserkasten entlüftet. Am nächsten Tag die am Wasserrohr geöffnet und es kam tatsächlich Luft raus und erst dann Wasser.

@@irina25661 hmmm bei meinem 100er C4 2,3l AAR sitzt der kühler in der front also genau wie bei meinem A6 C4 2,6l ABC...gleiche Posi....
Wie ist das mit den Lüftern beim Viskoselüfter ?

@@irina25661 Doch, der ACK (2.8 30V) hat einen Viscolüfter. Der Muss zuerst raus, damit das Lüfterpaket demontiert werden kann. Gruß Daniel
hi, i have a 944 2.5L Non turbo and need to change the radiator. Do you recommend to change just the plastic tanks or change the radiator completely??. The leak is from the bottom left side (driver) of the radiator where the tank connects to the core. Can this be done without taking out the front bumper?? A new radiator from part store costs appx $700 cad or 500 euro.

Azzurro Hi, you must replace the whole radiator. I think it is not possible to replace the platic parts only. Most times the leakage is just, where the metal is glued to the plastic. At the non turbo 944 is a lot of place behind the radiator, it is possible to dismount the radiator without removing the bumper. Regards, Jürgen
Thank you Jurgen, that is exactly where my problem is, between the core and tank. no other way to fix it?? sometimes i wish you were here in Toronto Canada to fix my 944.

My car has oil into the cooler. If I put One galon with 5 quarters, in 30 minutes, it escape to elsewhere. Water and oil out to breathing and now the upper hose of radiator was cracked. Ten mechanics told me this is a cylinder head broke and two mechanics told me that´s a problem just in radiator, the serpentine. Does anyone can help me? Thanks

Der V6 hat am Wasserrohr auch eine Schraube zur entlüftung
Hallo, richtig, hätte man sagen müssen, bei mir geht die Schraube nicht mehr auf, bevor ich die abreiße und das ganze Rohr wechsle, mache ich es immer ohne diese Schraube, geht auch. Viele Grüße, Jürgen

Danke für die Antwort. Ja, bei mir ging die auch sehr schwer auf aber ich habe es riskiert und Erfolg gehabt. Es kam in der Tat aus dieser Schraube Luft raus.
