This is quite an awesome video. Many people are complaining that you ended the video early - they don’t know how it works in real life! Sometimes the cub could be lost for hours or 1-2 days even, before reuniting with mom, and surviving by climbing up a tree and staying there. Sometimes, the cub falls victim to the bear further away. Shows how incredibly shallow people are nowadays, expecting all videos to be like the movies or something.
Nope. Look at about the 2:57 mark...the man says that both cubs are at the bottom. Apparently, people were concerned, so there is other video or commentary somewhere that both cubs and mom were safe.
Sadly it appears that he spotted the cub that had run up the hill at around the 2:28 mark. But it doesn't look like he ate it or carried it off anywhere. Would he have killed it just to kill it? Or maybe we just didn't see the male take the cub away.

@@RegisIdec The term "boar" is used to refer to adult male bears.
What a good mama!❤
Amazing footage what is the male bear a juvenile he is really small compared to her
The small bear is the mom
@@bradjosephs iam unconfused thanks Having a crisp cool morning watching bears Their is no better way to start your day 😃
Pretty sure he got one cub. At 2:27 you can see him going for something 😢
Nope. Look at about the 2:57 mark...the man says that both cubs are at the bottom. Apparently, people were concerned, so there is other video or commentary somewhere that both cubs and mom were safe.
There wasn't any blood on his muzzle.
Sadly it appears that he spotted the cub that had run up the hill at around the 2:28 mark. But it doesn't look like he ate it or carried it off anywhere. Would he have killed it just to kill it? Or maybe we just didn't see the male take the cub away.
Did the cub on the left of the video make it up to his or her mama safely?
The left cub climbed the cliff and survived. Is still alive, the other cub was killed

@@bradjosephs this video in particular was definitely hard to watch for me. I didn't like the male bully bear and still think he should a fallen off the freakin' cliff instead.
But hey, like was said in other comments on this video, its not Disney ... it's not the movies ... it's laws of nature .
Was the nale bear holding back? Its much bigger, seems it didnt want to attack the momma bear...
Camera Conspiracies must be curious what gear you were using 😅
Sony A1, 200-600 lens

The mother was seen later with only one cub
Did that one cub on cliff and mom get down safe and was the other cub reunited with mom.and sibling.
WOW!! INCREIBLE MAMA OSA TODA UNA GUERRERA VALIENTE!!!!! LARGA VIDA CON SUS CACHORROS . ESPERO TODO BIEN CON ELLOS YA K AL FINAL SOLO UNO SE VE. ❤❤❤❤❤❤
So what ended up happening? Did the male bear eventually give up and leave them alone?
Incredible. ❤
He was looking for an easy meal. Once he realized mom wasn’t havin it, he wasn’t going to waste the energy.
I think he got the other one that went over the peak.
How far is this location from the Brooks Falls area? Thank you for the video.
Where is the full video
She doesn’t really have to win a fight to the death with the male, just convince him it isn’t worth the energy expenditure and potential injury to go through her. But if he got to the cub she would have to concede.
Grazer is at Brooks River with her two litlles
coy
It’s definitely not 128 Grazer but I wonder who it is ❤ poor Mumma
Has anyone identified who this mother bear is? I've seen a comment that it's not 128 Grazer (but one of her cubs was injured a few days ago by 32 Chunk).
Wait!!!! Did she get the other cub back??????
No that cub was killed
Sigh. Found the answer 😔 I shoulda quit after some rando on IG said they all lived happily ever after. But nope. I went digging 💔
nice mom😃🥰hope cubs are ok✌️
Crazy video! How did you even get that?
Oh, man… what a nail biter! But good job on you for capturing this moment! Nothing beats life/nature documentaries 🐻 💚
I think evolution screwed mama bear over, when it comes to size disparities. I definitely think she would’ve benefited from being larger in size compared to the males. One example I can think of, where this is true: birds of prey 🦅
Tenacity and fearlessness goes a long way to keep those cubs alive, but muscle mass helps out too.
