@@Charenia1 You are the sweetest! Some days will be difficult, it’s ok. Push through thinking of your goals! I find that pushing through, becomes a little easier when you think of how good it feels, having a “successful” day in comparison to giving in to a 1min long high calorie pleasure. Tasty food is a very difficult opponent, I know 😅 I truly wish you the best from the bottom of my heart girl, keep up the good work!❤️❤️
Hi! If you don't mind, i can give some advice.
1. Lose weight slowly. It is possible to lose 25 in a month but most likely this will lead to sagging skin, poor health and, of course, reverse weight gain. You can find to calculate how many calories you need to eat to lose a certain weight. The most important is creating a calorie deficit.
2. Costume more healthy fats as well as proteins. Good sources of healthy fats are avocado, nuts, fat fish, cheese and so on. And good sources of proteins are eggs, curd, chicken breast, fish, beans and so on. You should read about this more in internet. Many people losing weight forget to costume healthy fats and get a sagging skin, hair, nails and many things which no one wanna see.
3. Cook more at home. You need to find recipes which will correspond to the amount of proteins, fats, carbohydrates and calories for you.
4. Walk more. For example, you can get there on foot to school or work. You need to walk at least 10 000 steps.
5. Maybe, this item will be possible later but there are many workouts for obese beginners on TH-cam. Now it can be too hard and you need to feel when you will be ready.
6. Add grocery in your food.
7. Drink more water
