I just finished the "Path of Destruction" novel which I sought out on your recommendation, and I really enjoyed it. Bane is a great character, I liked him more before he got wrapped up in the Sith business but I was rooting for him all the way through, despite some casual atrocities committed along the way lol. The scene at the sabaak table was probably my favourite, plus his time as a soldier and his dealings with the feme fatale (forgot her name) and all the proper explainations of how the dark side actually works. So thanks for bringing it to my attention, really good stuff chief.
Good video, thanks. Basilisks made an appearance in relatively recent SWTOR update (7.2) and it's stated that the storyline related to them will continue. Hope we'll see more of them in the future
I'd love to see a video on flame night and the grey paladins. I am almost done with the coruscant knights series and it's amazing. The force sensitive droid was a bit of a stretch but I enjoyed his relationship with the rest of the team. I love any kind of family dynamics and I think star wars is at its best with those tales.

In my Waru video, I did use information from the earlier edition of supernatural encounters. Because supernatural encounters itself isn't technically canon to the EU since it was published without Lucasfilm approval and years after the EU was decononized and relegated to "legends", Tadd would and will present the information as Arhul Hextraphon's own theories and up for debate by galactic scholars if his findings ever truely happened at all. Especially with this new edition, as, I've heard there were some surprisingly outlandish things that kind of dissapointed me but I will hold my full judgment until I read the new edition in it's entirety.
Strange that no Mandalorians tried to build new basilisk war droids in the 1000 years leading up to the formation of the Galactic Empire. The conditions of defeat and Republic sanctions were over 2000 years old by that point. Even if they didn't have original salvage to work with, a modern replica would still be possible to construct. Seems odd there was never interest in reviving one of the most iconic weapons from their cultural history
Of course I couldn't find anything official on this but I postulate that the Basilisks had been out of their arsenal for so long that they learned to fight without them and adapt other technologies. I do think Chopa'a Notimo custom built his basilisk and outfitted it with modern weaponry, rather than finding an old one and upgrading it.
