I washed my skillet after chicken (no burnt meat taste on veggies), reheated the skillet with some grape seeds oil, added some fresh minced garlic along with papers and onions. The fried minced garlic gave an amazing flavor to my veggies! Thank you, as always, you are amazing!
People either LOVE, or HATE cilantro. My family LOVES it! It's that particular flavor that adds such a wonderful flavor to fajitas and/or salsa. Pretty sure I'll have to make this recipe within the next week. Thank you. ❤
I made these with homemade flour tortillas and they were SO delicious! Very quick and easy to make with a ton of flavor. I was nervous the peppers and onions wouldn’t be seasoned enough but they were with salt and pepper and the residual seasoning from the chicken. Perfect quick weeknight meal, and bonus, our kids (5 and 3 years old) ate it too!

I also added the juice of one orange to the marinade and all the juice from the lemon. It came out amazing and now is one of our favorites. I made it as fajitas and today just making it as chicken with Spanish rice and Mexican corn on the cob (elotes). To the marinade I did the orange and lemon juice, olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, chili powder, adobo seasoning, and one packet of fajita seasoning. It’s amazing. Thanks for the recipe!

Tried this tonight! We usually use the same fajita recipe every week and I found this to try instead. delicious!! Would recommend making a little extra dry seasoning to put on your veggies while cooking. We put it in flour tortillas with rice and cheese, and it was very good!

Absolute legend. I used your method but a bit more spices. I used to cook chicken on high heat, inside was a bit raw. Now medium heat 10 minutes on each side is perfect. On the food thermometer I was trying to figure out 165 Fahrenheit to Celsius 😂 which is 75 degrees ( I'm from Britain) made this recipe for the family they loved it. THANK YOU!!!
@Natashaskitchen, In a future video, would you explain to your viewers bell peppers (green, yellow, red) are exactly the same plant Capsicum annuum, different seeds aren't planted to get different color peppers. They come from the same plant. They are simply picked at different stages of maturity, with green being immature, and red being ripe. Red and yellow bell peppers are essentially just green peppers that have been allowed to ripen. Red peppers are fully ripened, and they require more time to grow, resulting in their sweeter, fruitier flavor and higher price sticker. And, NO red bell peppers aren't hotter than green, they're sweeter.
