My daughter went on the soft opening day and she loved it! Here is what she said: "The popular are mostly Dr. Pepper based drinks, so I think if you tried it again, I'd hand select different bases. You can also build your own and ask for extra flavorings. I got the Naughty and Nice (added toasted marshmallow)...wasn't huge on the toffee flavor but I def tasted it lol, it was a bit strong and overtook the marshmallow. I got a blended refresher (with flat water) and added fruit flavors, nice and refreshing...but nothing too crazy. I tried a blended coke (don't recommend, it just made it flat). I really loved the Riptide, it's sprite base with cranberry, raspberry puree, and a fresh lime slice. Not usually a sprite fan, but I wanted to try a variety of drinks and flavors. They didn't have cookies yet, but I got the pretzels and they were fresh and fluffy for me, not wrinkly like yours were so maybe it's time of day? I went at open and they were fresh, I wonder if they make a bunch at open and leave them waiting? I totally think you should look through the flavors and build your own!! That way you get what you like!"
Thanks for the review - I never get excited about any drink - let alone waiting that long for drinks that could be replicated at home easily. Since they are out of the Disney tourist zone in Clermont, I wonder how the locals will patronize it once the hype fades away....

Swig wait line was like that when it opened in our town (TX) then after two weeks it was easy to get in and now after months there usually is no wait! 😂 We went once, didn’t see the appeal - better options elsewhere. Your video was very entertaining as it mirrored our visit to Swig!! 😂 Cookies underdone, pretzels awful and the drinks weren’t as flavorful as I had expected!! I live 5 minutes from our Swig and have never been back!

You should’ve picked your drinks, I looked at the menu & a huge portion of it is Dr. Pepper- maybe it’s an Utah thing? There were others that looked much, much better - I’ll never know so far from where we live. lol.
I live in Utah and definitely prefer Fizz. I feel these soda places are popular here because if you dont drink coffee but want caffeine this is a good alternative. I am addicted to sprite zero with sugar free peach syrup and mango puree. I get one every time I go to family dinner once a month about an hour away from Salt Lake. I also get one close to my house when I'm out running errands. I bought a Fizz refillable mug recently too!

Big fan! So I’m actually a Utah resident and I like Swig a lot. (We have many more companies doing these drinks this one is just the most popular) I never get those drinks you were given though, I think they gave you bad drink options, to be honest. I always get the Day Dreamer (ginger ale based) and add grapefruit and it’s delicious. I suggest going back and getting what YOU want. That is, pick your base drink that you love and add a couple of fruit options that sound good to you to add some extra flavor and maybe some cream. I’m so sorry it was so disappointing after you waited so long!! Don’t get those awful coconut drinks ever again 😂 and I’ve seen the pretzels here in our locations and they are not wrinkly like that, I don’t know why they were like that I’m sorry! But thank you for your sacrifice, I appreciate you reviewing for us!! Keep up the good work, you’re awesome!! ❤
I’ve never been to Swig bc my brother in law’s older sister owns a dirty soda shop here in Northwest Arkansas, called Chug but my favorite drink there is The Cowboy (Dr. Pepper, cream and vanilla) or the Dr. Razz (Dr. Pepper, raspberry, vanilla and cream). Just regular cream though, not coconut cream.
If theres a gas station next door selling mini liquor bottles theyll sell out daily!!Looks like a place I'll go once,most people after seeing your review wont even do that once visit,I think Utah can keep it!
I tell my girls that this type of food experience is “for the sake of science “. I lived in Boise from 2014-2021 and the soda craze started a few years before we left. Never understood it, except for those who belonged to a group that could now drink caffeine, but it just couldn’t be the hot variety like coffee. Have you tried Your Happy Place in Kissimmee? They have some fun beverages similar in nature to the ones you had at Swig, but they also have phenomenal cookies!
They don't have an app to place mobile orders? That's what I always did during morning rush hour with Starbucks. All the other cars would line up and sit there, while I would park, walk between the waiting cars, go inside and grab my waiting drink.
There is nothing on earth I would wait two hours to eat, buy, or see. If they served all their drinks in solid gold cups and a diamond straw, I wouldn’t wait. I appreciate that you did however, and now we know.
We live near St. George, Utah where Swig started. It used to be so good, but is inconsistent as they've expanded. They did not put enough coconut cream in most of your drinks. When they do, you can definitely taste it! Raspberry Dream is really good....Dr. Pepper, coconut cream, raspberry puree. I like the Strawberry Dream for water, when it is made right. You can make your own drinks too. I think it is overrated and we have a lot of better soda shops here (we have a ton) I just end up getting my sodas at the gas station now.

I am addicted to these “dirty” sodas! My choice for caffeine is soda because I don’t like coffee or tea, so I never get to enjoy places like Starbucks. We had a place called Twisted Sugar in Lakeland. It closed down about a year ago. It wasn’t in a good place for that type of business. 😢 They had drinks and cookies that were similar to Crumbl cookies. I rarely got the cookies. I often make my own dirty sodas at home. I get a diet Dr Pepper from a soda machine and I have “coconut creamer” from Coffee Mate. I put in 2-3 tbsp of creamer into a large soda and also squeeze in a lime. Usually a true “dirty soda” is Dr. Pepper with coconut cream and lime. Some of yours did not look like they had enough syrup!
Oh and you can make your soda “dirty” at Sonic too! It is coconut, cream, and lime. They do sometimes do WAY too much cream and it barely has any soda though. And I’ve heard the new “at home” thing is to mix vanilla protein shake/drink into Dr. Pepper or zero root beer.
As a non Mormon living in Salt Lake City, these places open up, are hella busy for a bit, then slow down and go out of business. Add alcohol to the menu for a nice drive up booze soda, then they would get my business. lol.
As another non-Mormon living in southern Utah, I am astounded that we have so many of the drink stands in our small college town. I can think of at least 7 drinks only places and our whole huge county only has only 60K people!!! Their food is NEVER good and sometimes downright yucky. Then there are the fast food places that also do mixed drinks 🤷🏻♀️ but at least the food is edible. McDonald’s has much better drinks,especially if they have a freestyle machine.

Your mistake was making a comment on something you have no clue about. When you ask an employee at a restaurant or establishment what they recommend usually you go off of that because they actually know what they're talking about so if anything it's on him not her. And you seem to be so bent on all these comments you're leaving do you work there was that you recommending the shitty drink
They ordered you the wrong thing.....I'm not a huge fan of swig. fizz is 10 times better. The purees are better quality and the cream ratio is better. If you ever come to Utah.....preferably St. George :) try FIIZ....forget Swig! Also get a sugar cookie.....it's the only good thing good at swig....but FIIz has that too ;)

Just A better way to mix the drink is to GENTLY blow through the straw. I find that it mixed everything quicker too.

Yes I live near Salt Lake and have Fizz and Swigg both about the same distance away. I definitely prefer Fizz!
