*Code Meaning*: The squib for the emergency tensioning retractor 'Belt end fitting' (driver) has a malfunction.
*Issue Description*: There is an open circuit in the driver's seatbelt.
*Location*: N2/10 - Supplemental restraint system (SRS) (ORC177)
