Very good. Leadership requires a combination of traits, behaviors, actions that inspire, motivate, and guide a team towards a common goal.
Scary to think that ideas can die on our lips if we fail to convey them effectively.
And my take home here is to learn to influence yourself for the greater good 💎💎💎
And of course we can't influence others but we can't control (till we realize our full, true and ultimate (divine) potential) outer circumstances.
What we do have a great deal of influence over is how we respond to the externalities.
And the kadampa masters used to say that it's a joke to think that we can calm/subdue the minds of others until we can calm our own minds.
