Maybe something has changed, but there were music and ads when I played it. Loud ones and it sent me back into panic... If you could change that, please do. :(

Chronic hyperventilation here, so thank you very much! I can do this before i get the breathing excercises from the physio. Starting tomorrow, went trough a hell last year, and finally now I know why I'm having panic attacks all the time. Lost 8 kgs in 1 year because of abdominal pain, a heart that is going crazy and a feeling of rush all the time.
    God bless you!

Definitely helps. Also helps to realize that the panic attack symptoms are not life threatening at all. I was triggered by a disturbing video online. I have been having them off and on all day as scary thoughts occur. This video definitely helps. Remember it is going to be ok.

It worked the first minute, at least it calmed me down, to the point where I can try to control it ❤ then it scared me from time to time, there was an annoying sound but like I said, it helped me control myself a little bit. thank you !!

The problem with panic-attacks is that you lose too much CO2, so actually you need to blow out as less air possible. The problem with the feeling of a panic-attack is that you breath even faster which makes you lose even more CO2. So break that circle and keep calm. It's just a shortage of CO2, so breath easy and calm down.
