There are some great chiro’s out there but you must be judicious. What are your experiences? Read the article HERE: www.powerrackstrength.com/why-most-chiropractors-are-frauds/
Soo good Brian! I worked in the chiro industry for several months this year and saw it first hand. My goodness, your comment on your recent video "Inappropriate empathy can harm people" hit me like a TONN of bricks and I never want to give people a false sense of hope in a treatment like that again. The world needs to hear this 🙏
I wish I had seen this video a year ago! Fell for the payment plan chiropractor, and six months later was having surgery. Thank you Brian for putting this content out, hopefully it will help others not to have the experience I had!
I love this video! I am a chiropractor myself. My first experience with a chiropractor was the stereotypical experience you described and I actually became one with the intent of doing it better. “Chiropractic” is at least 95% bs and is more of a tool that can be used when appropriate to help with pain. Definitely won’t fix a disc and the best thing that can be done is what you’re describing, Brian. I appreciate your content. Thank you
This is spot on. I have 4 herniated discs from getting jumped/mugged in LA. This chiropractor said I needed to do 25 sessions with him and after the first visit I was bedridden for two weeks. It is really scary how we put our trust in some "doctors". I was willing to try anything but surgery since I'm young and was hoping to heal naturally. I am so grateful you released this video to warn others.
I brought the Back Mechanic to my Therapist & Occupation Therapist, none of them looked at it. Then i found a kinesiologist, she was opened to it. We've been doing the big 3, & farmer walks for a few months
Agreed 100%. Most chiropractors treat everyone exactly the same, even though people have different problems. Just crack the back in the same 5 ways. It's a joke.
There are good and bad in all professions, surgeons, PTs, Chiros, acupuncturists, trainers and massage therapists etc. There are few that are good and very very few that are great. It takes a lot of time, sometimes financial investment, sacrifice and lots of dedication to become a master of the craft. Look for the masters, but they will be few and far between. They will also usually dispel myths and sometimes say the opposite of what the mainstream average Joe's will say.
You need to find someone who will do a full assessment with you to figure out what you need for your particular injury. You could do one virtually with me here: www.powerrackstrength.com/virtual-consultation-faq/
@@ramachandranbalakrishnan2843 I highly suggest first reading Back Mechanic and then Gift of Injury to learn how and why first. You can find those here: powerrackstrength.myshopify.com/collections/books

I am a chiropractor and I agree with Brian.
Thank you!

I’m a chiropractor also, and couldn’t agree more. Can’t wait to see the video

My close friends father is a well known brain surgeon. He said that, in his medical practice, he saw PT's do more harm then good.
Yup. Tends to be the trend sadly
