    Thanks for this video. I have lived with a very tumultuous breathing problem from gaping weed oil Vape cartridges for over a year and a half. It’s actually been really traumatic and has made me feel extreme torment at times that I even felt was life threatening on many occasions😥and this is something that can actually really alleviate the hardship when I am having abrasive aggravating breathing and bring serenity back into my life. For anyone who has ever or is struggling with a breathing issue, I know it sucks but know that you’re not alone and it will get better, keep pushing every day, you CAN triumph over the odds no matter how hard it seems 💪💯

    If you want to conquer the anxiety of life, live in the moment, live in the breath. Full moment by moment awareness of your long slow deep breath ❤❤❤❤❤

    What are the advantages? How much time to hold the breath?

    • @skepticalbutopen4620
      @skepticalbutopen4620 4 ปีที่แล้ว +8

      Greater focus, relief of stress, less impulsiveness, less anger, less fear, clearer perspective, etc. hold the breath until it fills your lungs naturally and then release.

    Wait...huh? Inhale through the nose, and exhale through the mouth and nose at the same time? At 2:20, I swear I instantly heard a ringing sound in my right ear. #ProbablyTinnitus

    • @barbarasalvador7301
      @barbarasalvador7301 4 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      It helps you to focus on something besides the rambling mind. It also helps you normalize your breathing. Once you do this a few times you will understand by how you feel after you do the meditation.
