I have been listening to this for several years and there are things happening in my life that I am now aware of and I wasn’t before. Please have an open mind and don’t overthink just do what he says… You can trust him, and I believe it will be a very positive influence in your life🙏

I’m 80 next year but about 10 years ago I went to Plum Village in the middle of France to meet this incredible man. When I arrived, I was invited to go and help myself to some food and sit down at the table with Monks and some lay people. I sat down and started eating my food, I looked up and there at the other side of the table was the man I had come to see.👍🙏☺️. Just being in his presence wasn’t incredible and emotional moment I shall treasure

I love to listen to him speak. I thought this was going to be a guided meditation, where you are talked through the process, but this is a bit different. Venerable Thich Nhat Hanh suggests using the breath while being aware of nature, or for example your eyes. Things that we can be grateful for. "Breathe in, I am aware of my eyes; breathe out I smile to my eyes" . 💕

I’m sure I’ve heard of Thich Nhat Hanh many times before, but he appeared in my TH-cam feed recently - at a time when I needed his voice and wisdom, at a time in which I was ready and receptive to his message.
I want to absorb as much of his shared knowledge and love as possible… and I come to find out he established a monastery a few miles away from me in Escondido, which I am thrilled to have an opportunity to visit. I feel blessed to know that he has touched my home town directly. I have just started to practice his walking meditation, it is what I have needed, so badly. It will take me time to gain this skill, lol.
With all respect, honor and love,
    Thank you 🙏🏻

The practice of mindful breathing has more than one time brought me back on the track of mental sanity when I was lost in despair or tortured myself with depressive thoughts. It is so simple but nevertheless so powerful. The peaceful voice of Thay is the best illustration of its powerful effect. Thank you Thay 🙏

While there are multiple mindfulness practices in which to partake, my favorite and the one that best suits me is definitely mindful breathing. It comes my system more quickly than than any of the others. Find one that best suits you, practitioner, and pursue it wholeheartedly.

I hope this works. Hypnosis for CPTSD are mostly garbage. Asking the listener to experience things in their kind that they never experienced in real life. It asked to feel the supportive gentle feeling surrounding you…. It sent me into a panic attack. I could only feel judgement and self hatred. I’ve never experienced support.
